This was the worst food I’ve had in a long time. This is SUPPOSTED to be chicken. Looks raw. All I could eat was the rice, which wasn’t done either. Didn’t want to risk eating the veggies that was mixed with the chicken. Wished I looked at the reviews before I stopped in. Do not understand how they have awards hanging and packed. This is so not worth 13.00. It’s not even worth the one star.

I order the same meal everytime I come and they always get it wrong. It’s very simple. But for some reason they always get mad at me and never try to do anything to make the customer feel better or fix it. I just don’t understand how??? I ordered chicken and shrimp hibachi broccoli only for my veggies and white rice?? WHERE IS MY BROCCOLI??

My husband and I are regular customers here. Tonight, on one of the hottest days of the year, when I went to pick up our food I told the young man at the register that our refrigerator was out of order. I asked if it would be possible to have two cups of ice to go, too. He reluctantly agreed. So – I added a very large tip as a “thank you”. Keep in mind – this was a pick up “to go” order. When my food came, he handed me two tiny cups without lids. I asked him as nicely as I could for larger cups with lids, and he said that I’d have to pay for them. I truly wish I could have re-done my tip! This was obnoxious customer service and it will definitely be a long time before we return. A little bit if compassion on one of the hottest day of the year could have gone a long way.

The first time I ordered here the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered some sushi and pineapple chicken fried rice. Recently a few months later after I decided to eat here since my first experience was really good. I ordered the same thing and I couldn’t even eat half of it. It had a weird taste and texture., it was really disappointing. Not sure what went wrong. Only thing I can think of that maybe they have a different cook..

Food was overall just okay. We got the Pad Thai and a large wonton soup. Pad thai was decent, wonton soup looked like someone threw it in a blender before they bagged it. Super overcooked and soggy dumplings. 🙁

My daughter and I had a delightful culinary experience with the food at this restaurant; it was truly excellent. However, I must admit that the dining-in aspect left much to be desired. Upon entering, we were given menus and instructed to choose our own seating, only to be informed later that the food is exclusively served in to-go boxes, which felt a bit peculiar. There were no servers available to attend to our needs, and the uncomfortably high temperature inside the restaurant made our stay brief. While I would highly recommend their food for take-out purposes, I cannot enthusiastically endorse it as a dine-in option.

August 23 2023 I ordered Sesame chicken and the chicken could not be chewed it was like rubber. I could not eat it and not sure what it was. ..the rice and vegetables were ok. This was my favorite restaurant but not now. I hope they fix there problems.

I got the chicken fried rice while we were at the hospital. Easy to find, plenty of parking. My food was awesome. My wife got sesame chicken and she said it taste like it came from a frozen pack. Idk, but my food was very good.

Do NOT order through Uber Eats. They will give you the wrong order and then tell you they can’t refund even though you order $75 worth of hibachi :/ never got our food. We instead got somebody else Uber eats orde. Worst customer service experience ever. Hope they disaffiliated with Uber eats!
