Although the service was awesome. The quality of food was not good. I ordered a chicken cheese steak. the chicken was over cooked and very dry. There was barely any condiments on my steak. Food lacked seasoning and the chicken tasted like it was cooked on a dirty grill. Very disappointed

Food was good got delivered. Delivery time was fair but my food was warm not hot. I hope next time they use a pizza bag. I live 0.5 miles not even 5 minutes away. Counter was very nice over phone. I would have gave five stars if my food was hot.maybe keep on top of oven next time.

The staff on the phone and in person leave NOT MUCH TO THE IMAGINATION ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY MUCH TOO SHORT N FEELS LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM FOR 1OR2 QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MENU!! PRICE IS A LIL HIGH FOR THE AVERAGE PIZZA JOINT IN PHILLY! I been ordering for years from Org. Boston Pizza. Today im at a friends house and ordered a gr chick fajita wrapp, what i got was a HOT Mess! My favorite is the buffalo chicken salad. Everything I order is delicious and made the way I order. The people answering the phone are polite too. I’ve had the pizza, cheesesteak, salads, and a couple different sandwiches. My new favorite spot.

I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and got a Buffalo chicken wrap. I wouldn’t have cared if the wrap was good but it sucked. It was just bland grilled chicken, very little Buffalo sauce and a soggy tortilla. I took one bite and threw it out. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like I’ve had 20 dollars stolen from me
