It’s a unique tasting pizza, old school, how pizza used to taste in Hawaii. Very friendly and neighborhood style service and menu. They actually tapped out of the hot ham and mushroom sandwich the night I went but pizza was a great plan B. Normally, I can finish a large thin crust but this large defeated my pride. Great place to go for a quick fix. Sandwiches are the bomb. You think its just a sandwich and you may not like it, but you become a believer. They’re simple but comforting. I’m not a wings guy but tried them. Got the salt n pepper wings. Interestingly, they’re prepared with a slight crust on them. Not bad at all. Worth a try!

This place was super patient when I called. They help me figure out how to use their online delivery service and helped me get vegan pizza delivered to the beach for my birthday. When the doordash delivery person dropped it off it contained a birthday gift from the restaurant as well. They went above and beyond, and during a time when quality customer service is sparse, going above and beyond means a lot. Thank you Magoo’s for making my birthday a little more magical. Everyone loved the vegan cheese and the vegan combo pizzas I ordered.

Went there for the Vegan Pizza. Not only was it tasty, great texture, and packed with amazing ingredients…. The vibe at the restaurant was great! On Friday nights they play love music, and it was nice, alive, and cozy.

Best vegan pizza in Hawaii may be an understatement as the vegan pizza is the best we’ve had in several states, including all options on Oahu. If there’s vegan pizza on the other islands we haven’t found it. I also do not always eat vegan and I can say that the vegan pizza at Magoo’s is better than the regular pizza from a lot of other restaurants. The gentleman who is the server, bartender, and apparently everything else front-of-house always goes above and beyond, and even though there have occasionally been mistakes with the delivery, kitchen, or other staff he has always done everything he can to make it right. We have had delivery and dine-in. If we could give 4.5 stars we would because of the delivery system. They seem to use DoorDash for delivery but you can’t order from them through the app, can’t use your DoorDash account, and can’t use any of the features of the app like communicating with the Dasher to coordinate the delivery. But most importantly, the pizza is delicious and we have really enjoyed it every time.

Same Magoo’s I remember! Brought back memories of being a kid in Kailua eating Magoo’s pizza at Kailua Drive Inn theater. The pizza is still awesome! Worth the drive from the west side. Will be back for sure!

If I could give a 41/2 I would. Service and atmosphere is awesome for being in such a small space. Wings are very good, even plain. The pizza was solid. Probably the best crisp on the dough I have had on island. Loved how much cheese there was. Toppings were great. My only down was how sweet the sauce was. So if you like a little sweeter sauce on your slice, this is definitely the slice for you. I will be back though. Great place. Keep it up guys.

If you love pizza and have not stopped by Magoo’s, you should slow down and squeeze it in above your next foodie adventure bucket list item! I enjoy a good tasting pizza pie, and that is what you will experience at Magoo’s. The crispy crust, delicious family’s secret recipe pizza sauce, an amazing cheese stretch that makes you happy that you stopped by! There are other food items that I did not try, so I gave four stars that isreally a 5 because the pizza is the star as it should be it’s in the name laughing out loud!
