Ordered 2 mini cheesesteaks and 1 mini turkey and cheese hoagie. Cheesesteaks were delivered as ordered. Gave SPECIFIC instructions for MINI hoagie. Turkey American cheese mayo oil lettuce pickles spices and hot peppers. RECEIVED a LARGE turkey and American cheese hoagie with FOUR pickles and TWO hot peppers, no oil OR spices. Had the order taker read back everything before finalizing with the payment. Called Pete’s back to inform them of errors and spoke to the manager who said “He knows how I feel”. Seriously!!! But do you care? Is this your way of charging more money for already overpriced mediocre food? This is not the first time your people have screwed up but certainly the last.

Pretty disappointed my food came early which I thought was great initially. The driver gave me the wrong size drink and he told me to wait. I said okay and began to look at the rest of my order. My cheesesteak was dry even though I asked for condiments on it. My onions were undercooked and I couldn’t eat them. I called the store the manager spoke with me and said that he’ll replace my drink and my onion rings. Delivered the food again and still forgot the drink and still didn’t give me any condiments. The second batch of onions Rings they gave me are still undercooked smh.
