My partner and I eat here frequently and it’s always lovely. The food is great and the staff are really nice. I really recommend the family style bean curd which is in the second picture. Highly recommend for a dinner experience with friends or family!

Osaka, a longtime favorite of ours, is under new ownership and dine in is open again. Though I really miss the old owners (you’ll still see some of the original staff), the sushi remains a favorite of ours. There are several new rolls that have been added, and much of the original sushi menu remains as is. We’ve liked all the new rolls we’ve tried, and though the original items may be made slightly differently, they are wonderful none-the-less. The new owners are also very friendly and the service has been great. I do miss the previous owners, but don’t hesitate to come back for dine in and check out the updated menu.

Ive been eating at Osaka for atleast two years now and I can say, with confidence, that their sushi is some of the best in the area. Always fresh tasting, with a higher quality feel, and always presented well. It’s one of the few places in this area that I can order Tamago with my sushi.

Great place. Was very clean and waiters were nice. Drinks and food came quick. The main problem was our food. My meal was great. My sons had shrimp in it when the menu said nothing about the shrimp. Keep in mind he hates shrimp. He ordered it back with no shrimp and it came back out later. He went throught the food and found a peice of shrimp and he did not eat his meal after that. They also had a fish tank that the fish just stared at you.

Used to love coming here as the food was likely the best neighborhood Chinese restaurant you can get. Apparently after this new ownership, we’ve gone back 3 times and they were all ready rubbery chicken dishes. What happened?! Bring back the old recipes. You can see other reviews saying the same thing.

The sushi is always delicious and fresh, and the platters are an excellent value, but the entrees leave a lot to be desired. Every entree we’ve tried has been bland and lacking the freshness of the sushi. The mapo tofu I ordered last night had all canned vegetables (carrots, peas and mushrooms), super mushy tofu that fell apart and simply wasn’t good. I’ll continue ordering sushi from here, but I don’t think I’ll give any more entrees a try.

Such an incredible lunch! We had the scallion pancakes, the shrimp shumai and the spicy maki combo (which came with miso soup and salad with a ginger dressing)! Everything was absolutely incredible but we especially loved the Monster Roll. We’ll definitely be back!
