My favorite restaurant in Hartselle! Me and my boyfriend had dinner here last night and our waitress was AMAZING. Best service I’ve had in a long time. She was so professional and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was also great! The family that owns it is super cute and I wish them all the best. If you haven’t yet I would definitely recommend you give this place a try, you won’t regret it.

The nicest home owned restaurant North Alabama should cherish! The bathroom has a 1-hour check list for making sure everything is nice & clean.. every hour. Also it shows the level of try & care in what their doing! Seafood, especially Sushi rolls taste like it’s straight from The Gulf, less than 24 hrs from catch. *I know this bc my dad’s family is from the Eastern Seaboard – and having multiple “traditional” Chinese meals, you notice the freshness of the steamed / raw / chilled seafood. This establishment is the only restaurant I’ve tasted that outside NYC and other Coastal cities with daily hauls coming in fresh 365.

I cannot believe how my daughter and her children were treated today. There was a long black hair in her food, she’s a natural blonde…so not her hair. She asked for it to be sent back, naturally, and they took the plate away… brought the SAME plate back and said ‘ma’am there was no hair”. Ummmm..yes there was she said, YOU SAW IT. Then the waitress had the audacity to ask her “well then what do you want?” What do I want?? I want hair free food, I want the respect of a paying customer and maybe the consideration of bringing me another plate. Preferably one without hair or any other body parts. And she STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT!!! Then copped an attitude for not leaving a tip… are you kidding me??!!! Trust me we will never return. I cannot believe the way she was treated and was shown no kindness nor compassion. Done done done!!!!!!!

The owners (kevin and Joyce) are wonderful people and the food is the best you will taste in this county. Try the osaka roll with a side of eel sauce, its perfection. They also sell sake and beer and wine now. Great staff and excellent food that wont break the bank

The very first time my wife and I went to Osaka it was a couple of weeks after it first opened and things did not go very well, but let me tell you we went back yesterday and it was an amazing experience! It was like two different restaurants. The staff was super friendly and attentive , the food was delicious and brought out not long after ordering and the prices are not bad at all! Osaka has definitely restored my faith in them and their restaurant and we will be coming back more often!
