Cashier kiddo red hair brown skim kinda chubby Spanish speaking was really confusing on explaining things in both languages. She couldn’t get things straight. She wanted to charge $7 dlls just to get noodles in my plate. And $13dlls just for the chicken and veggies. So I ordered 2 and she came up $30 dlls when it was supposed to be 23 dlls. She was ridiculous! Me and my 13 family members will never come back to this location is not th3 first time they do this. And will let know my friends about this ridiculous place. Trying to charge more than what it shows on the menu!

Came here on a weeknight and there was no line but somehow they spent ten minutes cooking food for other people before getting around to what I ordered. I guess a heads-up would have been nice because I left my children eating their pizza where I couldn’t see them and it gave me anxiety. I ordered the veggie delight which is supposed to be steamed veggies and I ordered steamed white rice. I’m on a strict no-oil diet so I was excited there was something I could actually eat at the food court. But the food was really oily and there was oil in the bottom of my container. Super disappointing that I spent all that money only to blow my diet, and the food was so bland I would much rather eat something I made at home. Lesson learned I guess.

I love this place and it’s in South Town Mall Which is less busier. fried rice has only carrots and veggies are cabbages and some brocoli and the staff are great! Taste great better than two other places I’ve been to at fashion place and citi creek. Fashion place takes short cuts on their veggies which is basically only cabbage and fried rice is just rice and soy sauce and watered down siracha (gross!) so if you want Osaka teriyaki fresh cooked come here to South Town food court!

Came back and service was great. Delicious teriyaki and rice. Missed this place while we lived in Houston. Haven’t found a place like it since. The chicken and noodle is delicious as well. Five stars on Also offer utensils for guests please.

servers are great! big smiles, makes you feel welcome, they did get my order wrong, but they remade it right, and didn’t make a big deal out of it…however.. the food, is pretty nasty.. I ordered steamed rice and chicken, because lets fave it steams cabbage isn’t my favorite, so rice and meat only, the rice was great, could have used more sauce, but I didn’t really ask so that’s on me, but the “chicken”.. is gross. straight up, nasty. chewy, and rubber, there was literally a piece of just skin.. no meat. that kind of ruined it for me. suffice to say, i wont be heading back anytime soon.

Ignore the negative reviews. Food is great, portions are large, and service is fine every time I go. Seems like some people are expecting a hibachi steakhouse, but it’s a mall food court lol.

The food was good. The ladies running the place seemed nice enough. The line was long because it is one of the more popular food places in the mall.

Tried to get dinner here but was rudely told by some ratchet of a woman WERE CLOSED. By the look of their sloppy line and leftovers at the end of the night, I’d say we dodged a bullet not eating here. Rude workers, bad looking food makes you wonder how they stayed in business.

If you’re thinking of going here save your self some time and go to the one in fashion place mall. We had a 20 minute wait at the south Towne location to get our 3 plates, then when we got it the chicken had a ton of veins, chewy, and wasn’t fried with enough sauce leaving the chicken bland. To top it off ALL of the staff mebers prepared the food without gloves. If you’re craving teriyaki chicken do yourself a flavor and head in to the fashion place location, where they have it figured out.
