I eat here often mostly on Sundays because lots of other places are closed. A few weeks ago we went for some delicious fresh teriyaki and the power had just gone out in the food court area. I rarely carry cash so didn’t have a way to pay for my food as the system was down. To my surprise two of the employees recognized me even with the lights out and said I could just pay next time and gave me my usual order. It’s great to have a place that treats their regular customers with respect and consideration. I’ve been going here for years and this experience went above and beyond my expectations! Manager/owner? Can walk around, talk, laugh, and not wear a mask, cashier can pull hers down to talk to cooks, and cook don’t wear there’s properly. Hmmmm. Why wear them then?

Valley fair one is the most disgusting food EVER! We usually go to fashion place and they always get it right, I would not recommend going here my beef tasted like jerky chicken hard as rock, this doesn’t even deserve 1 star

Very good. Great price! Giant portion! Lots of meat and veg. Only complaint I would make is the veg was only green cabbage. A few carrots, maybe some broccoli would of been super nice. Was a little hard to find for my first visit. Was inside the Allstars bowling. But overall Great find. ,I would recommend.

Staff was friendly at first, but I got my teriyaki chicken and after i had a few bites I found a long black hair in my food! Then men were rude and said that I should bring the hair over to them!! They didn’t apologize or seem sorry about such a gross thing. After I’m a loyal customer this is how they act when I find hair in my food. I’ll not be returning to this location and I’ll be contacting the mall and corporate headquarters.
