i treated my sister to dinner for Mother’s Day on Saturday night,we love Ms Wendy and her staff at Osaka,we had the hibachi with shrimps, scallops,fried rice,noodles, veggies,clear soup and salad,we also had the Mango Roll and Osaka II Roll,we thoroughly enjoyed our Bloody Mary’s as well,the chef was fantastic and our server was delightful,we even enjoyed conversation with the other guests that we sat next to,great night and fantastic food! the coy fish are so beautiful in the pond out front.

Overall our visit was a pleasant one without any issues. Our waitress was polite, professional, and made several trips to check in with us, refill our drinks, and take the dishes from our table between courses. I had the scallop hibachi lunch. I was charged $2.50 extra for getting fried noodles instead of fried rice, but the noodles were good.

If I could give negative stars I would. First place is filthy, secondly service is none existent. Food is disgusting. Very small portions for what you paying. Everything was weirdly soggy and mushy and just gag worthy. Scallops salty and somehow was still raw, shrimp was completely burned tho and tasted like lemony rocks. Mike was rude, asked for yumm yumm sauce and he instantly got a nasty attitude.

If I could, I would give zero stars. This used to be my go to hibachi place, but after tonight, that changed. A child accidentally dumped his drink and the chef got rude about it and threw hot rice at my son and I because he was mad. Not a single person (server or manager) came see what the issue was and to check if we were all good with what just went on. The other people did leave. As bad as I wanted to leave, we stayed hoping it would get better. Food didn’t have enough sauce and was too salty. The chef talked about what happened the whole time. Bad experience & wasn’t impressed.

Food was below mediocre at best. Had steak bento box, steak tasted cheap as dollar store bought. The sushi that comes with had an old taste to it as well. We ordered 3 bento boxes 1 steak and 2 chickens. Was shorted 2 fried rice servings and the rice was chalky. The flavor was definitely lacking in all areas of the meals. Wife ordered the steak fried rice which was a box of rice with a few pieces of steak. The fried vegetables seemed okay, upsetting that was the highlight of the meal. Also had ordered the cajun roll which other restaurants excelled in this one sadly did not. Quality is not at this place of business. This order was a takeout and not dine in. Place didn’t seem that crowded and placed order around 8:40 on a Friday evening. Prices seemed fair at the time of ordering but if we have to pay extra for quality tasting food that is where we will go. Most likely will not return here.

WOWWW! This place surpassed my expectations! We ordered a good variety of the sushi rolls and they were all amazing!!! We also had the edamame and miso soup. The edamame was my favorite, great taste.

Use to go here when I was younger and never had an issue. Finally went back there today to celebrate my birthday with my dad and BF, was told 30 minutes turned into an hour and a half. When asked about it we were told an additional 30 minutes. We had gotten there only an hour after they opened, ans weere pretty much told we’d finally get to sit 2 hours before the store closed.
