Potato casserole was super salty. Green beans were just cheap canned green beans with no bacon. Brisket platter was a brisket sandwich with 2 sides. I was expecting slices of brisket, not pulled brisket. I could have made better for cheaper at the house

I tried the brisket sandwich and the pulled pork nachos. I got the mild sauce, but they offer several other options. Spicy, sweet & spicy, and bourbon. These items and a bottle of water cost me just under $20. Not bad, in my opinion, for good BBQ. He brought me a sample of the southwest potato salad, which was very good as well.

The brisket was over-smoked and under-barked. And very inconsistent. One bite was just bland beef, next piece was super acrid smoke, and it was either falling apart (wrong) or tough (also wrong). They have potential, but their trimming, seasoning, and especially fire management needs work for sure.

Great food! The potato casserole is a MUST TRY. Meats are Smokey and there is a sauce for everyone! Get there quickly….they do have a tendency of selling out.

I got a pulled pork sandwich very good! The only thing I’d say is I wish they had more sides. (Like mac and cheese or baked potato would be amazing.) And I hope in the future instead of orangic chips they start selling cheetos and stuff.
