My wife and I enjoy trying new and unique restaurants. Google gave me Uzbek cuisine as an option and we jumped at a new opportunity. It was my birthday dinner so we splurged. Went with server recommendations as well as some personal taste choices. We ordered the Sampler Platter appetizer, Lamb Somsa, Vinegret Salad, Pickled Platter, Lamb Shashlik Plate, Mixed Grilled Platter, Uzbek Bread, Kuza ShurpaSoup, Hot Black Tea Pot. Server recommendations were Somsa. Vingeret, Shashlik, Bread, and Mustava soup, Medovik, Kunefe, and Turkish Coffee. We normally aren’t fans of beets (Vingeret) but my wife loved it and I did find it enjoyable especially when paired with the Pickled Platter. The pickling is punch you in the taste buds but that’s what we enjoy in pickling anything. The Somsa was incredible, they could make it an entrée it is so tasty. Everything was so wonderful and flavorful. The bread was AWESOME. It’s made in house, light and fluffy with a nice soft crunch crust. We had the coffee, Medovik, and Kunefe for dessert. Medovik cake smelled and tasted divine. Very moist and not super sweet. Melts in your mouth. The wife says it’s not better than sex but it sure is close. Kunefe takes a little time to prepare, but so worth the wait. A unique and enjoyable taste experience. The coffee was an excellent pairing choice. Turkish coffee is rocket fuel for shopping afterwards, we can hear colors now. If had with dessert it doesn’t need sugar added as the sweetness and coffee strength compliment each other. Everything was worth ordering. The decor is elegantly low key. A pleasant atmosphere. We arrived around 3:30PM on a Sunday. Perfect timing as it had very light traffic at the time. Service was friendly, helpful, attentive, and unobtrusive. He was excellent with keeping us informed and took outstanding effort in planning the timing of the arrival of the dishes. They have private rooms for large parties and do take reservations. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish and worth the hour and a half trip one way we had to make. This was our reason for the drive and we were not disappointed. I added pictures for your enjoyment. I definitely recommend trying them out.

This is one of the best restaurants we have ever been to, probably top 10 all time. The ratings are well-deserved, all the food was top-notch, a bit unique from anything else we’ve had. The gentleman running the front of house was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the cuisine. We were given a complementary plate of sliced pita with greek yogurt for dipping.

Great Uzbekistan food, which seems to be a mixture of Turkish and eastern European food. This place really shines during dinner. There desserts are amazing. And you can tell they are pretty authentic when uzbek immigrants flock here and celebrate Special events there. If you want to change things up from the norm check this place out.

If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out! This place is awesome. We ordered lamb chops because my husband had never had them. They did NOT disappoint. The service was impeccable, the food was absolutely delicious, the place was immaculate, and this place is hard to beat in Nashville. It is a must try. So very good! We loved it.

Had a fantastic meal of chuchvara, pelmeni, and osh with achichuk. A little too much food for one person, but worth it to experience new dishes. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend Osh as a great place to branch out and try something new!

I never had Uzbek cuisine before and I was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty and clean flavors. It appeared to be a go-to for Uzbeks so that’s usually a good sign that it’s authentic.
