The location is great – heart of West Hollywood, on sunset strip / boulevard and a beautiful location. The service was great, seating was clean, spacious, classy and high end. The food was okay. Perhaps I didn’t order other things, I got the squash blossom pizza which was tasty and good, it doesn’t taste bad. But it was also really salty (felt the sodium), very oily and didnt feel like it was going to sit well if I ate too much. I had a piece of my friends branzino— it did feel like the kitchen put effort into making it so I don’t doubt the quality, but I think the taste just didn’t feel as healthy or clean to me. I felt like I had better pizza and tasted better quality pizza out there. So in terms of food I’d say 3 stars, but service and location are 4-5 stars. Probably would come back to try brunch though!

I love this restaurant so much that I wanted to have my birthday there this year. The hostess and service staff were impeccable and kind. We got to laugh and banter with them on a day that meant so much to me. I wanted to share this restaurant with my community and every one of them absolutely loved the food. It was a great night.

Terrible service. We sat there for three hours for dinner. Our waiter came to the table 3 times, always with delay. The service team was incredibly rude telling us they were busy serving the customers upstairs. Essentially telling us their other clients took priority over our service. We waited over an hour from ordering to get our food and the restaurant was not busy. They did not accommodate our checks in any way. Added gratuity even though their service was not worthy of a tip. And brought a round of shots which was elaborated with “we’ll take care of you”. We don’t want your expensed liquor, we want quality service without attitude and delay. We checked on the food and the girl at the hostess stand simply says “ok.” In response. Wow just wow. Will never recommend, no accountability for their poor service and terrible approach. Incredibly dissatisfied to have spent my birthday this way.

The service wasn’t good, they took to long to take our orders, bring water, food. I understand when is a place at full capacity but the rest was at half capacity. The French toast was good. They charge me for a cake when I do the reservation, and they never bring it to me until I got the check a d ask the lady who was attending us for it.

Very interesting place. The building’s elevator system is hilarious, the buttons don’t correspond to the floors. Ospero is on the ground floor, it does however have an amazing view as it’s ok a cliff. The views are fantastic. The food is very good, the Buratta, the Zataar and the pizza were fantastic. When you’re done your meal, go to the top floor to the pool, great times.

Walked by during the late morning. Seemed to have great pastries and coffee to go, as well as mostly dine in options for hotel guests and walk ins/reservations. Stood by another guests waiting for coffee for probably 10 minutes. Finally someone working there asked if we were all being taken care of, at which time we mentioned we would like to be helped. He seemed annoyed that we needed to order stuff. Usually when the staff leaves their post and makes people wait they are apologetic or at least welcoming. The coffee was good and so were the pastries. The low rating is due to very bad service that we received. From our observations, this doesn’t seem to be the norm, but sucks for us I guess ‍♂️
