Went here for a dinner with some work colleagues and we were in for a surprise with a black bear in the area. The restaurant had great service and the cocktails and food were fantastic. We got the calamari and the shrimp skewers and both tasted great. Our server was courteous and the restrooms were clean. Absolutely recommend for a relaxed dinner by the lake.

The vibe at Osphere is nice. It’s a good place to catch up and talk because it’s not loud and it has a laid back atmosphere. It’s right next to Lake Eola too which is a plus. My family and I went for brunch. We loved the Lobster Benedict and Chicken and Waffles but felt like the Omelette was bland. We went for my birthday lunch and it was disappointing that they didn’t have any birthday treat for the celebrant at all, hence the 4 stars. Wouldn’t recommend it as a place to go for birthdays but would recommend it for a regular day.

We came for dinner in a Saturday night at 7. The host knew we were coming when I have my name which was really impressive. The place is really cute inside, but we asked to be seated outside overlooking the lake and the people walking by. Our server Thomas was attentive and personable. We ordered a trio of dips with chips and a cucumber salad for apps. The guacamole was limey, the queso was spicy and the salsa was chunky.

What a great local gem. My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary and everything was perfect. Max was our server and he was on point through the whole meal. We ordered the bottomless mimosas and our glasses were never empty.

Terrible customer service. Over priced and understaffed. We sat at the bar for food and drinks and our server didn’t even bother to provide utensils like forks knives or napkins and we had to repeatedly ask for it. We didn’t get those until the food came out. He was very negligent as he didn’t put napkin under our drinks so water was all over the counters as the glass cups sweat but he made sure to do it for customers that came in and sit next to us (as you can see in the video, I had to use the napkins provided in the utensils for the glass, our area was a wet mess) Our food took an hour to arrive, whereas the party next to us got their food immediately which made me realize he probably never put it in. They also messed up our order, asked to add chicken to the mushroom pasta only for it to come without. Had to wait extra time for that. What ruined my night was when the long haired bartender rudely threw our utensils on the countertop when his coworker asked him to give it to us. He was very loud and rude to the entire staff, completely disregarding the fact that guest were at the bar. The price is ridiculous and the customer service is horrible.

Visited this great restaurant on new years eve with my wife. We had the Chicken wings, Cesar salad, Asian salad, Sushi and the Apple walnut pie. Food was great and the server Santiago was even better. He was engaged, knowledgeable, hardworking and committed to making our experience memorable. It was a bit noisy so he knelt down so as to be at the same level as us … I thought this gesture was exceptional. He made a connection with us. His actions and service were phenomenal. In all my years in the hospitality business I have never come across someone like Santiago. He is a true ambassador of your restaurant.

Wow!!! So great!! I was picking up my son from plant City, and we were headed back to DeLand Florida I was looking up places for us to eat on the way home, I saw their online menu and was happy that it had a lot of the things that he liked. Like sushi and chicken wings. To my surprise we were able to get a table quickly at 5 p.m. on Sunday. We were able to sit by the window, and see beautiful lake eola with the comfort of air conditioning. To my surprise it was happy hour! All the things we wanted were on sale! The sushi quality was so good! My son likes salmon and tuna rolls, they weren’t very spicy, we also got yellow tail sashimi which was phenomenal. The chicken wings were crisp and their RANCH DRESSING IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! I got sangria and slider and finished what my son couldn’t finish. The Sangria was good and not too sweet. Our server Nikky was great! She made sure we always had what we needed and the kitchen got the food out so quickly! I will definitely be back to try their other dining options.

I am not sure where to begin but I just had the most lovely Easter Sunday in Osphere! The blueberry mule, the nachos, the wings, and omg the sushi! It’s my new favorite place. They offer daily happy hour 4-7! The customer service was phenomenal. We had an impatient toddler and the Manager Jim was kind enough to minimize our wait as much as possible by having one of the bartenders Gabe serve us at one of the closed tables. I cannot stress enough what a kindness this was because we rarely go anywhere anymore because of our toddlers limited patience and climbing enthusiasm when restless. (Parents understand) I did not want to leave! Gabe and Jim were so attentive and pleasant! The whole staff was friendly and the restaurant is beautiful and clean. I will definitely keep coming back as often as possible.

For whatever reason we were told there was no availability sitting outside but there was clearly open tables. We waited about 15 min before our waitress even showed up. She was Mia half the time and it wasn’t that busy. My plate looked like child’s plate. Definitely the last time I come. The manger or who ever she was, was not very welcoming.
