Chef and owner Marco Higuera is a distinguished alumnus of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. During an exciting 25-year career, Chef Marco developed his talents working at some of the most renowned kitchens in the Southwest, including the Beverly Hills Hilton in California and the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. After honing his culinary craft working alongside some of the finest chefs in the United States, Chef Marco lent his expertise and involved himself with opening multiple kitchens in Scottsdale, AZ. and Monroe, LA. When he met his wife Juel, Chef Marco moved to the beautiful state of Wisconsin and proudly presents Osso Buco – Weston’s premier Mediterranean kitchen.

Every menu item I’ve tried over the first 3 visits has been wonderful. The dishes are thoughtfully prepared using fresh ingredients and in the right combinations. In each of my dining experiences I’ve had appetizers, main dishes, and dessert, all well done and made in house including the dessert. The staff is top notch and friendly. This restaurant is the best Italian restaurant in the area and quickly becoming our go to on this side of town.

If you’re looking for one of the best meals around Wausau, head to this romantic Italian ristorante. The Chef’s Special was a Cajun filet with shrimp, rice and vegetables. It was delicious! The dessert was a dark chocolate and berry masterpiece. The pours are generous, and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.

The Wife and I first ate here for Her birthday and we haven’t been any where else for date nights! This has to be one of the best Restaurants in Wisconsin! The servers make you feel like family. From the cheese curds to the chefs special everything feels one off! Don’t hesitate to come here because it seems so upper scale dining because it’s not its much more than that. Feels like Family dining meets 5 star Michellan ranked restaurant quality! If you are a couple going I recommend the little area in the corner of the dining area.

My experience here has been nothing but the best. I have been to multiple restaurants in my life time buy only few have made me feel like I’m floating on a cloud. When I was seated I was meeting many friendly people and I was felling good by the friendly workers and that would check in on me.
