Just dined at Osteria. Our waitress was Jada. She was an absolute superstar. Her food recommendations were spot on and she made sure every aspect of the dining experience was pleasant. Would highly suggest people dine here simply just to get to experience Jada. The food is great too.

My husband took me here for my birthday and it was incredible. Jada was our waitress and she was the best. She made a great wine recommendation, and we decided to share their veal tortellini and ribeye steak so she brought out the dishes one at a time and it made for a really nice dinner where we were able to enjoy everything slowly and appreciate the delicious food. The food quality was also incredible. Jada brought out a nice birthday dessert and overall made it a really special night! Cannot thank Jada and the staff enough for a great dining experience!!

My partner took me here for my birthday celebration, and It’s truly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Cleveland. It has a romantic classic Hollywood flare I could imagine Marilyn Monroe dinning at. Italian art on plush fabric walls. Mood lighting to make anyone look good especially wearing something fancy and polished. Not sure if there is a dress code but this is not the place for t-shirts and jeans. Make it classy.

Love this restaurant! This is a new location for this place. A little tricky to find-address is E. 9th but entrance is on Walnut. Much bigger space than the previous location and it’s beautiful! Love the gold booths! Superb service and the food is outstanding! Raquel, was our server, she was very attentive and friendly. Even brought out cannoli and Prosecco for my birthday! From walking into the front door, ordering and consuming our meals, slowly inhaling the delicious dessert, toasting to an Italian digestif then line dancing in the bar area set me up for a romantic evening with my Vitamin DSB. We were a party of 5 and every one of us had a fantastic dining experience. Jada met us with a smile and then took excellent care of us. We had 3 appetizers and 5 different entrees, soups and salads. Every dish was delicious. Atmosphere was beautiful but relaxed. I would absolutely dine here again.
