We are not taking reservations at this time. Just walk-ins. We are not currently making deliveries or pickup & curbside since we are focused on providing the best dine in experience we can.
We are open Mondays through Saturdays, from 5pm till 10pm.

It was my first visit to Osteria and I’m new to the Albany area. The service was good the waitress was a bit comical which can be a plus. The appetizer was a pizza and suppose to have burrata cheese, tomato’s and arugula on top. If you know your cheese’s burrata isn’t one that is not cooked it’s a cold cheese and the inside has the consistency of ricotta. It didn’t have that in top it was also missing the arugula. The pizza was bland with nothing special about the crust and more like 3 dollars instead of $16. The beef short rib was tender and savory so up there, risotto was creamy and flavorful just a bit too much salt (and I’m a salt eater). Desert was good simple chocolate mousse. If you like sweet tea sweet like I do maybe go with something else to drink. Please don’t take away that I’m saying to avoid this place just know your options. I will dine there again and try other things. Great atmosphere and wait staff very attentive.

This was an amazing authentic Italian restaurant. The pasta was all homemade and delicious. The bolognese sauce was exquisite. We tried the brusheta and the artichoke and mozzarella appetizers and they were a very light stater to the meal. They have an excellent wine list and very friendly staff. Do not pass this place up! We all loved our meals and the choclate mousse was devine!!

Quaint, dimmed lighting, friendly and personable staff, and the owner/manager made his rounds greeting patrons. We had the sea bass with sides and the chicken picatta with sides. Dessert: Chocolate Mouse and Creme Catalina! The portion sizes for the meals are just enough for one person. All delicious.

This is a really good place for a bite to eat. If you like pizza or pasta then this is your go-to family restaurant. I only went once here and just returned to visit their delicious cuisine. This deserves some love to know that your waiter remembered you. Know that I will return for your fine cuisine and dining more! Oh and wonderful customer service!

My wife and I frequent here. We have never been disappointed! We always sit at the bar and Margaret’s service is nothing short of amazing, even when it’s busy…I’m going to make a bold statement here. Osteria has the best ribeye in town!

Just passing through and wanted a nice place to eat. Rated at a 4.8 at the time we had high expectations.This place fell flat on it face. The waiter could not answer any question. The food was not fresh and all of it tasted like it came from a can. The drinks were nothing but alcohol and less than a splash of other flavors. For one of the members of the group they ordered a pizza, it was so bad the could only eat one slice. When we told the waiter he just so sorry and took it away. We had to pay for it even though we complained and didn’t eat it. If on the off chance I pass through this place again I will never again visit the place because how completely terrible it was overall.

This was our first time at Osteria and we really enjoyed it. The service was excellent and the food was outstanding. We had the prosciutto and barrata for an appetizer. My wife had the Fettuccine Alfredo and I had the short rib with mushroom risotto. The shirt rib was cooked to perfection and the risotto was very good. Make sure to get dessert because the tiramisu and the Chocolate mousse are a must. It’s a little pricey but worth it. Highly recommend!

My friend and I went here and was extremely disappointed. Server and drinks were amazing but that’s it. We ordered three different entrees and it was just that, no salad or bread to come with it, at prices higher than any other Italian restaurant that does come with salad and bread. Not only that, the portions were extremely small. You definitely will spend a pretty penny here and still be disappointed and hungry.
