Fabulous dinner and experience. Best espresso martini in the city! We really enjoyed the arancini with truffle, and the spicy rigatoni. The sides were all delicious – especially the wood-fired zucchini with ricotta.

Parking uptown is horrendous per usual. But worth it to dine here. Standout dish was the Radiatori with Blue Crab…pasta was cooked perfectly, and the hints of spice from the sliced peppers went really well with the dish. Wasn’t a fan of the Salsa Verde on the hangar steak, would’ve preferred their chimmichurri on top. Service was incredible and I would highly recommend dining here.

We went for restaurant week and did the family style with 4 courses. It was so much delicious food! I loved all of it. We couldn’t even finish it (there were 5 of us).

Fantastic first experience! Food was great, service was excellent. I had the grilled oysters appetizer and the lamb chops, both were excellent. My wife had the radiatori with blue crab which she said was delicious. We also shared the wood fired zucchini. It was very tasty and cooked just right. Zucchini was still crisp and not overcooked.

Some of the food was good but half of our pizza was very very burnt. I really didn’t enjoy the order all at once experience, I didn’t know the sizes of their dishes and we didn’t order enough food and I just ended up going somewhere else after. I wish they’d just let you order like a normal restaurant. The tasting menu was super disappointing, I don’t understand why they even call it that, it’s just randomly selected dishes that are already on the menu, no thought is put into it, there are no specials. The inside is very loud. I really didn’t enjoy this restaurant and I would not go back.

Cute date night or friend hangout spot on Magazine street. The nonalcoholic drinks are amazing, arguably better than the strawberry spritz type of drink that I got. Mushroom Campanelle and truffle arancini were good, perfectly cooked. We read reviews about the carbonara being bland. To be honest, the table next to us barely touched theirs and declined packing it to-go which was not a good sign. We got the spicy rigatoni, but it didn’t have the classic “alla vodka” taste I was hoping for. I tasted the chili paste more than anything else, and it was extremely salty. I was drinking endless cups of water the rest of the night. The level of spice was a highlight though. The pasta quality is definitely there, but hopefully the sauce will come around eventually. Not a fan of having to make reservations a week ahead and the $40 reservation cancellation/change fee

I am from Italy and split time between there and New Orleans. Though Osteria Lupo has some merits, overall, I was disappointed with the food and would like to offer some constructive criticism.

Exceptional service, relaxed but nice atmosphere, and great food. The spicy rigatoni alla vodka and the smashed new potatoes were particularly good. The grilled oysters came with focaccia which was a nice touch.
