Osteria Nonnino is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The food is amazing and the ambiance is perfect for dinner with friends and family, date night, or a celebration. My favorite is the tableside Cacio E Pepe and tableside Tiramisu! The staff is also the best! I highly recommend this restaurant.

A beautiful new Italian restaurant in West Village! The owners are from the (now-shuttered) L’Angolo in Tribeca, so there’s a lot of similarities between menus. Definitely get the pastas – we loved the Cacio e Pepe that’s served tableside in a cheese wheel and can be finished off with a shaving of truffles; while pricey, it’s worth it imo. Loved the Cavatelli with sausage and broccoli rabe as well. The pasta is freshly made and has a great chew and texture. From the mains, we loved the Osso Buco; it’s braised until flavorful and tender and served with a creamy risotto. For dessert, they also do a phenomenal tableside Tiramisu with the best marscapone I’ve ever tasted! Service was amazing and the space is beautiful + perfectly situated in West Village.

This place was fantastic! They moved from Tribeca…open their first week. Pasta was perfect…alle dente…cheese platter had all the right stuff and the Tiramisu which I luv was one of the best I’ve ever had. Tony the owner was super sweet with my daughter. Highly recommend!! Last night I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Nonnino with a group of colleagues. The experience was simply outstanding. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. The menu is a delight, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from – pasta, seafood, or meat. Whatever you’re in the mood for, you’re sure to find something to your taste. The appetizers were a perfect way to start our meal. I couldn’t wait to try each one. My favorite – the rice balls. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. I had the salmon with broccoli and cauliflower, and it was simply outstanding. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the broccoli and cauliflower were perfectly seasoned. The wine list is extensive so you’re sure to find the perfect bottle to pair with your meal. For dessert, I had cheesecake with a cup of espresso. The cheesecake was absolutely divine. It was a perfect end to a delicious meal. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the service is impeccable. I had a wonderful dining experience at Osteria Nonnino. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special night out with family, friends, or colleagues.
