I love Otaku Ramen. Having lived in Japan, it’s really nice to have a shop dedicated to awesome ramen. My go to is the classic shio and I have my fingers crossed for the return of the szechuan bowl. Each bowl is slurp worthy. Add their ice cold Sapporo, a spicy chicken bun and some edamame and I’m leaving the happiest.

love this new Otaku, the design is clean and beautiful, the efficiency of the ordering process felt so intuitive – and the BROTHS!! The base for all ramens (we had 2 different ones)! Also loves the endless self serve soda machines.

We have been going to otaku for years(infrequently) and have always been underwhelmed. In a city with so few ramen shops, this place is a disappointment. I would think(and hope) they would be improving in the product with a brand new shop but it’s the same bland product. The taro boba is actually the worst I’ve ever tried. It feels like you want to be the McDonald’s of ramen. My only advice is to actually try the food you cook. Maybe you send your chefs to Japan or even LA to learn how to make ramen.

We had a great experience today! Brought the whole fam in –4 kiddos and 2 adults. There was something for everyone here and it was nice and laid back. The food was perfect and the staff was extremely helpful.

Useless, unhelpful, rude people and very average food. Tired ordering online before 8pm (which was unavailable). Called the restaurant to order and they couldn’t take my order over the phone. Then drove to the restaurant to be told we had to order online (even though I am standing right in front of him) and I needed to scan a QR code. After 5 minutes the guy then tells me that because it is now after 8pm, I can’t order for takeout.

LOVE the new Otaku in East Nashville. Obsessed with the Tantanmen and Spicy Miso ramen. The space is super fun (awesome for groups, love the design!). Everyone in our party loved it. Highly recommend!

These people here are claiming to be professionals at making ramen but I have made better ramen from the 99 cent store at home and I can’t even cook very underwhelming, noodles crunchy and hard, I don’t recommend but the building is cute.

Incredible atmosphere and food, the sliding konbini door on the kitchen is worth the price of admission alone.
