First real Ramen experience and I was not disappointed! Food was absolutely amazing, prices are great for all the food you get and the atmosphere was pretty awesome. Also offer Boba Tea, again it was another first and was fantastic!! Definitely have a fan for life! Can’t wait to come back!!

Staff was welcoming when we walked in and we were able to order right away. I got the Spicy Miso Ramen which was great. Atmosphere is cool as well. Will definitely be back!

This was not a great meal. I ordered for my work place. Each dish had a fish taste. We got different things so they should not taste the same way with different broths. I then tried to contact the store and was only given the 800 number. So there is no number to contact the store directly. Over 100.00 dollar’s worth of food gone to waste. I also don’t know what’s on my meat. It was too greasy I couldn’t enjoy the food.

There is just better ramen in the area. Otaku may have more locations than Black Dynasty or Two Ten Jack, but don’t mistake that for supremacy.

My daughter and I were excited to try out ramen, however we were quite disappointed. It was so salty that we couldn’t finish the soup. They do however has delicious boba.

Overall it was okay. The service was good and food came out fast. But the ramen itself was very salty. Probably would not come again as there are better options elsewhere

I have absolutely loved Otaku Ramen’s vegetarian Tan Tan Men ramen for years! This evening, I received my usual order and I was immediately confused because the noodles were tiiiiiiny. They used to serve this dish with delicious, firm, yellow egg noodles. When I took a bite, the noodles were tasteless and so soft and insubstantial that they just disintegrated in my mouth. The bowl was inedible. So, I called the restaurant expecting them to say they made a (rare) mistake and that they would replace my ramen with the correct noodles.

Small little restaurant but very tasty. The hot chicken bun was very spicy but spectacular.

I didn’t know what to expect since often places that sell themselves on being for “otaku” in the states are mediocre, but I was really impressed. I got the tonkotsu shoyu and the broth was delicious, the noodles were great, and the pork was delectable. Had some boba tea as well and while it wasn’t the flavor I ordered, it was pretty tasty. Not worth $7 a cup though haha. The atmosphere was pretty good, though the walls seemed a bit barren, with mostly just a big painting of the RX-78-2 Gundam on the wall, though it was done quite well and looked really accurate to the original art they were referencing. The style of tables and seating were pretty new to me, as well, and a nice change of pace. Loved it and I hope to come back lots!

I’m not familiar with the average cost of ramen in a restaurant, but in this tight budget time, I felt the sting of the high prices. I also wish they took cash, as I resent that pop up to tip every time you dine out and use a card. I used to wait tables, work fastfood, bartend, etc. I get it. Tips are good, but sometimes I want to just leave a few bucks…not 15-25% on a $50 tab for me and two kids (only ramen and water to drink). I don’t know what they make per hour, but man… it’s a dilemma every time. You order at the counter and bring it to you, just like Chick-fil-A. We bussed our own table. I digress. Anyway, the ramen was delicious. We had three different styles. My teenage son finished his. My daughter and I had to get to-go bowls. We all three enjoyed ours and sampled each other’s. I’m a bit sensitive to salt, so it took me a few bites to adjust to the expected saltiness of ramen in general. Delicious! Great space too. Bathroom was nice and overall atmosphere was fun. Music was a bit loud for a few in my group, but we still were able to converse comfortably. Next time I go, I’ll be sure
