Horrible!!! Server does not understand the definition of what that means! Food quality, service, atmosphere rated fast food McDonalds!! Never going back!!! Owners should know what’s going on! Filthy, nasty, disgusting!!! Would never ever set foot in this nasty disgusting establishment again! You can try to polish a restaurant with fake reviews, but this is reality! True owners of this restaurant deserve to know how this restaurant really is!!! Shrimp scampi not shrimp scampi! Salmon burnt! Vegetables were a disaster bowl of oil and butter! Ravioli tasted like burnt fake matter! Not sure if food was real or synthetic! We should have waited for a table at Sergio’s instead! Seriously, do yourself a favor and don’t eat here! Those who give positive reviews, look at yourself in a mirror and be honest!!

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Othello’s. The service is always on point, the food is divine every single time, and the atmosphere is so fun and enjoyable. We love the patio and sit out there almost every time. It’s covered, theirs misting fans in the summer, and heaters in the winter not to mention the nice fire pit! The entertainment is always so good and we love listening to all of the different performers! I highly highly recommend!

Service is amazing even when busy. The atmosphere is really relaxing and cool!!! Music was amazing. Wine, food and lighting all complimented each other. They have both indoor and outdoor seating as well. I decided to stay indoors to be cool during this heat. Very cool and smooth just love my experience here as well as the food. Great place after connecting to nature !!

We attended a nonprofit benefit lunch for Center for Children & Families. Othello’s food and service were top notch and the band brought this beautiful atmosphere to life. I also came on a date with my husband for the Thursday night steak dinner special. What a wonderfully delicious deal! We will come back again and again and again.

Extremely unimpressed. It took over an hour and 8 minutes for 2 of us to eat which would be understandable but the restaurant did not appear to be that busy. Our waitress did not refill our drinks the entire time. The food was “OK” but nothing to brag about. The blue haired woman who proclaimed to be the “owner” used profanity several times when talking loudly to a neighboring table. We had been to Othella’s in the past when it was at the original location and liked it but this is the last time we will be visiting this restaurant.

We have alway had the most amazing experience eating here! Love the atmosphere and the food. Unfortunately when we order it through delivery service our two pasta meals didn’t come with any bread??? We always get bread when we dine in, is this an add on for deliveries? Really disappointing

Honestly I’ve worked in restaurant business before so I am usually pretty easy going. But tonight, the server forgot to enter our meal. Forgot or left our drinks at the bar. Steak was undercooked. And to top it off we saw a little rat-a-touie incident. They comped the meal which I appreciate and everyone was friendly. Seems to need some better leadership. It used to be a great place. Won’t be back anytime soon.
