Otis & Henry’s was excellent. The steak was amazing and cooked perfectly. The appetizers were delicious and the dessert was even better. Our waitress was very polite and we really enjoyed the service. The atmosphere is very nice and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. I will definitely be returning in the future.

We thought of coming here for Valentine’s Day, but this was a mistake. The gentleman that sat us said it was hardly even booked for Sunday itself. We should have taken this as a red light. Dinner was delicious!! Atmosphere was quiet, service was excellent, prices were very reasonable, and food was out of this world!!!! Beats Red Lobster, Texas Roadhouse, and Longhorn Steakhouse HANDS DOWN!!! I’d put their food up against any restaurant in Iowa. Recommend them to anyone looking for fine dining. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back for our anniversary dinner. See you all soon!!!!!

Been to this place twice. First time was better than the second. Had a great time the first time server was awesome wish I remembered their name. The second time the server was nice but things seemed to take a bit long considering no one was there but a few tables. We didn’t really mind we were enjoying friends company. I left and realized my card was charged twice… two different amounts. Both were holding. Called just to confirm it was going to fall off…. no one was there. Left a message. No call returned. Two days after this I call again and speak to a manager who said her manager would have to help me and look my information up then we could figure it out. Left message. I was told I wasn’t getting my calls returned because they’re closed S-T. Now it’s been a week, they’re about to be closed for 3 more days and I once again still haven’t had a call and one charge went through, the next is still holding………. pretty disappointed, luckily I hadn’t needed that money. Someone else might have needed their own money by now.

Worst meal ever, first the crabby waitress said no substitutes for a salad as I don’t eat let ace and wanted a cup of soup instead, this has never happened to me before. Then ordered Ribs as Had them once before and they were great. NOT this time, tasted like the y microwaved frozen ribs then grilled them, were tuff, tasteless and actually felt Ill after I ate 3 ribs out of a full rack, no help from manger and staff on complaint. Other companion had pork tenderloin medallions they were under cooked and cold. Don’t think there was 10 people in the Resteraunt now I know why…Save your big bucks which I spent on this crappie and get a Pizza from nearby establishments…

I recently had dinner here and have nothing but good things to say! The service was excelent and timely. Was well priced for the quality of food, I had the 14oz strip steak with potatoes and it was only $21. The dessert was excellent too. I would gladly come here again!

Wanted Prime Rib. Was told that they were out. Ordered an appetizer. Was really good. Order the ribeye steak, fries and a salad. Got the steak dinner. They forgot to bring out the salad. They brought out the salad when we were half way through the meal. They didn’t charge for the salad. Overheard the chef telling another table that they have some prime rib left. Funny, I though they were out. The food was good. Service was ok. Don’t like being lied to. Not my first choice for dinner in Waterloo.

Dry aged steak was very tough. Cooked well, but no flavor. Prime rib was medium well when medium rare was ordered. Prices are comparable to Applebee’s, food is too. Won’t be back.

The new Otis & Henry’s menu is delicious! They have added a mammoth 26oz bone-in ribeye that is amazing. The staff and service is always excellent. Seafood lovers will love the lobster tail and salmon.
