Had my hopes up this was going to be the go to place for dinner nights when we didn’t want to cook but was disappointed. Ordered fish sandwich and tater tots and house tarter. Fish sandwich was hard and dry with couple packets of heintz tarter. Tater tots were ok. Husband ordered large pizza with sausage, Pepperoni and extra cheese and there was no sausage on it very dry and hard hardly any sauce. Unfortunately I probably won’t go back.

I don’t give out 5’s very often, but this was close. Local tavern, local people, local food. Why not 5? Good food, not great food. And for some, they won’t like indoor smoking. This is my kinda place though, can’t wait to go back in the short time I’m in town.

This is a good place to eat if you are in town with your family. The staff is friendly and the food is good. The menu selection is very fried food oriented. I wish there were some more selections other than fried food. The atmosphere could use some updates. Additionally, you will want to be aware that it is primarily a bar. There is video entertainment on the wall and it’s a great place to watch football and basketball games at. It is very similar to a sports bar but it feels like they’re trying for that down-home family feel also. The owners are local and they are nice people. You’re looking for Cheers this is a very good comparison.

I LOVE this place. I live in VA but make sure to come in to Otter Creek every time I’m visiting my parents, who live locally. The food is always good, the service – amazing!, beers are always cold. It’s such a great atmosphere & I always have a blast when I’m there.

It’s your average hole in the wall bar. You’ll mainly find locals drinking there from 8am until dinnertime through the week. Weekends are a bit more rowdy with bikers passing through. There’s no real schedule to the place. Sometimes you can order food at 9am.. sometimes not until 11am. It all depends on when someone feels like starting the grill. There are 3 pool tables. If you go to play pool, do it during the week because the rough and rowdy ones have the tables locked down on the weekend. All-in-all, if you absolutely need alcohol to get you through the day, then this place will fill that need. If you’re looking for a good place to sit down and have a drink in a good atmosphere.. I’d drive on past the place and find something closer to E-town.
