Otto is perfect for when the pizza craving strikes. Although DoorDash took their time, the food was well worth the wait. The crust is thin with just the right amount of crunch around the edges. Their combinations are inventive and delicious. My personal favorite is the pepperoni, goat cheese, and hot honey. The crispy pepperoni cups pair well with the honey.

Pizza was fine but service was terrible. We had to wait 30 minutes longer than we were told, but that’s not the worst part. Everyone in line was angry because they’d been lied to about the status of their order. The person seemingly in charge/ over 18 was extremely rude to a firefighter asking about their order for the station. They wanted to know if their order had started because they had to get back to the station, but he ignored them and wouldn’t answer repeated polite requests.

I tried ordering a Cobb salad online but app was not cooperating so I called it in and was told 30 minutes. I showed up after 30, gave my name and order and they pointed me to a case where premade Cobb salads were in abundance! I asked why they quoted me 30 minutes but did not get an answer. I will know better if I order one again.

I love their pizza. Best in Newburyport port. I wish there was a way to add more sauce to the pizza. Not a lot of salad options, but the cheesy bread is not to be missed.

Very disappointed, especially for the price. Both pizzas I ordered came burnt. The crust even chipped one of my teeth. My family didn’t want any more to eat after a slice or two. Disappointed as we usually love this place.

I was picking up orders as a driver for DoorDash and the staff preparing the food was extremely unfriendly and rude. I had asked for an update on how long the food would take and I was snapped at, told everything was in the oven (no one actually confirmed my orders or looked in the oven) and the staff continued to speak rudely about DoorDash. I was told to leave and send another driver. I observed multiple customers coming in and complaining about the wait times, one person even left without their food. The two workers at the register were friendly and were trying to find out answers for me. I do not recommend this business based on the poor customer service and unfriendly demeanor of the cooking team.

It was weird going into a liquor store with my twelve year old daughter to order a pizza. There were no tables, or even access to a restroom, which was kind of a bummer. The staff was very courteous and made my daughter feel less awkward about standing in the middle of a liquor store.
