My food was delicious, I purchased the bacon egg and cheese croissant added ham. The staff was nice and have great customer service. Thumbs up to everyone on the morning shift, I like seeing smiling faces and happy people in the morning

I am only rating the breakfast at this restaurant. I have been eating the breakfast tacos for many years and I would say it’s the best taco in town for my needs. The tacos are generously filled with eggs and are fresh cooked. They also use freshly cracked eggs rather than eggs from a carton. The amazing thing is how quickly we they make your meal. Also, the salsa is a must if you like spicy sauce.

I’ve eaten here several times with coworkers and only had a good meal once. They will serve you any old food on hand. Will add raw broccoli to the broccoli and rice casserole instead of making it correctly. Much better options available; I cannot recommend to anyone. It is a waste of money.

UPDATE: I found another hair in my salsa in the same meal my comment below is in regards to. Officially done with Otto’s as long as their employees continue to not wear the proper health code attire.

Got a catering order and was left unimpressed. Burger didn’t have much flavor and just ate it because I was hungry. Tomatoes were partly green and they felt okay serving that?! Mmm, maybe the burgers aren’t their specialty.

I tried this place because a Local Guide called it the “Best Brisket They’ve Had”. Not even close. It’s not even the best brisket on Smith St. – there’s a Pappas BBQ. just next door. They use low quality beef which makes their brisket tough and flavorless – like generic brisket you’d get at an airport on a long layover when you’re homesick and think “It can’t be THAT bad.” I will not eat here again. I will not use them to cater any meetings.

The food is good and the western salad has almost as much meat as it does green stuff. The chicken fried steak is not quite as good as it used to be but they have many other great options on the menu.

They make a solid burger. Haven’t had anything else, but the burger is spot on.
