Otto’s is the type of place that is perfect for brunch, and overall dining as well. It has that cool vibe that comes from an old building renovated with great food, a fantastic bar and in an area known for eclectic shops and hangouts. You will be better served by making a reservation. Sunday brunch features their roast pork dishes, which are excellent. The Shrimp Cocktail is awesome as is the Crab Salad. They have a well stocked bar, and are known for their Rum selections. The Bloody Mary was spicy and delicious. Just too many good options to list all of them here. My recommendation make an early afternoon reservation, and settle in for an hour or two sampling various items, having a few drinks, and chatting up your fellow diners.

Beautifully decorated, excellent customer service, and fantastic cocktails. The baked and raw Oysters were fresh, tasty, and accompanied by a delicious hot sauce. The shrimp cocktail was our favorite bite. It had a flavorful sauce with a generous portion of fresh shrimp.

Great new addition to the Milk District! We arrived at 4pm opening and there was a line to get in and I knew that was a good sign. I recommend reservations for sure. The interior is eclectic and the vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Service was spot on and our waiter was very attentive and sweet. The craft cocktails are amazing and there’s quite a few on the menu, hard to decide. Presentation with fresh flowers and unique vessels make it fun. Food was delicious! I had the ropa vieja and it was perfection. Very nice portion. Came out pretty quickly. They have a group dining experience listed in the menu which is something I am coming back for with friends. Highly recommended! Only downside is the parking, it’s pretty tight and you may have to park up the street and walk, but worth the inconvenience.

Stand out drinks, appetizers, pastelitos, and desserts! The flan was perfection. The entrees are pretty good, but not quite as authentic Cuban food in Miami. It is deserving of Michelin Bib Gourmand status. Staff were friendly, and prices were reasonable for the location. I’d come back. Recommend making a reservation.

I’ve been hearing from friends and neighbors about Otto’s for months and had to stop by for dinner. First off, the drinks are incredible, I guess that is to be expected when the cocktail list is 3 times the size of the food menu. I started with their draft Cuba Libre, the house made cola was great, it has a nice bite and almost savory quality but didn’t overpower the lime or rum. After that we ordered some of their mezcal and bourbon drinks, all of them were amazing and reasonably priced considering all the scratch made mixers and ingredients. Even if you’re not into Cuban food it’s worth the drip just to get drinks. Moving on to dinner we tried a special – pork belly, it was fatty in the best way, melt-in-your-mouth, yum. The Cuban Sandwich and Ropa-Vieja were both excellent. I would describe them as traditional but elevated, our server explained how they make the addition of green olives and carrots to the short-rib and it was excellent. You could also tell from the bread to the mustard and meats that they are using top ingredients for the sandwich. They do have oysters and told us where they were from, while we’re not big on oysters I know friends are and finding local places that do them can be hard. We closed out with some coffee and desert, again – quality ingredients and everything made in house almost had us licking the plates! Look forward to our next visit, or even just stopping by for a round of cocktails. Thanks.

Me and my Girlfriend had a great time here! the aesthetic was super pleasing, and everything went with the theme perfectly, from drink names to dishes. Jose took care of us at the bar and was nothing less than amazing! The drinks were perfect and the Mojo Chicken was delicious! we can’t wait to go back and try more!

Drinks were INCREDIBLE! Pastries were very very good. Not super impressed with the pork brunch sandwich – it lacked flavor. But service was incredible and really loved the vibe. I recommend the Banana Coffee!
