First time visiting, we were originally looking at going to a different place down the street from here but they were closing and my husband found this place with great reviews so we came here. Very glad we did… Another customer in the parking lot actually opened his car door and told us “It’s f*cking delicious!” So the bar was already set high. Staff was very friendly and let us know that their portions are very generous which they were. The BBQ sauce tasted phenomenal and tangy. The baked beans were also super tasty. I got the tri-tip which was tender and we were offered some collard greens which were not on the menu to try. The collard greens had a nice tang to them and had some smoky bacon bits in it. Highly recommended.

I ordered triptip, ribs and sides for 24 people. It was delicious. When we went to pick it up the mac and cheese wasn’t quite ready but they delivered it for us an hour later and made twice as much as we had paid for. It was so good so it was worth the wait. Thanks so much!!

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. I had BBQ ribs and brisket and lets just say I will order it again!!! The sauce was amazing. Baked beans werr mmmmm good!!!Nice size portions. Perfectly seasoned. I started eating before I realized I didn’t get a picture!! Too good too wait!!

You really should try Our Family BBQ and Pies. Haven’t tried the pies…or ribs (sorry, don’t eat pork)…but I think they have the best tri tip, chicken and baked beans in town. And their serving sizes are generous! Great BBQ sauce as well…I’m guessing it’s a north Carolina style. They don’t do brisket, but this place is worth your time to try.

The ratings are accurate. Very good BBQ. The tri-tip is tender, the ribs are moist and the sauce is a very nice, tangy, vinegar forward sauce that is not too sweet. Collard greens, potato salad, corn were all good. Mac and cheese and chicken were ok. The BBQ guys were super nice. This is good food.. try it out.

So this was my first time here. I read all the great reviews and I thought “I need to try”. I was not disappointed. My favorite are the HOT LINKS! The greens I could have eaten more that what I bought. I will have to go back and try the ribs. We tried the chicken as well as loved it!

This place is fantastic. I showed up before they opened and my man opened the side gate, let me come in and order. I had a large order thinking I’d be there for at least an hour. He already had meat on the grill and had me out in 20 min with enough food for my team of 10. Tri tip was great, ribs slapped, chicken was a hit, and the sides (potato salad, greens, and baked beans) were on point! Vibe was good inside. I will be back!

Ribs and tri trip were bomb. The gentlemen running the shop were very friendly. Prices were very reasonable. Key Lime pie was too good; I’m mad I only got a slice and not a whole pie. Will definitely order from here again.
