This Outback has the best staff and service of any steakhouse I’ve ever been too. They almost always prepare the food perfectly, but on the off chance there is an issue, their servers and managers really go the extra mile to ensure an exquisite dining experience. As a regular customer, I highly recommend this establishment. Five Stars.

As a regular outback patron I was highly disappointed in the treatment I received today. My server was treating us as if we were completely irrelevant. She never came to check on us not once. We got our food from other servers and to be honest it was not flavorful or even looked appetizing like it usually is. The server gave us our check in the middle of eating our meal and said she didnt mean for the service to be so bad. I enjoy Outback and have never encountered such a disappointing scenario. Ive always had a pleasant experience. I dont know if I will return to this Outback but if I do I will make sure I request a different server.

Overall I must say the food here is very good. The quesadilla appetizers, the dinner salads are both excellent. Prime rib, lobster tails – and especially the bone-in-20 ounce ribeye is excellent.

Outback is not what it is to be and service here is a little on the slow side. My steak was good and so was the blooming onion, the Ceasar salad has lost its bite.

Great food… Terrible service! The first time I went the service was ok. The second time I sat at the bar for 7 min with one person in the whole restaurant . Didnt receive no type a service what so ever… Knowing there were more staff then people in there eating shows me they actually dont care about money or there job. Everyone was on there phone, so I left & went to Houlihans. They wont be seeing me for the third time … .
