Obviously, this is no Peter Luger, but the steak was horrible . My wife and daughter took their food to go just to avoid from complaining. The waiter was very nice and polite. He was probably the best part about this experience. Will not be coming back.

Nice place honestly it’s so damn cheap. I paid eight dollars for a drink, every state comes with two sides automatically for free. So if you’re paying 22 bucks for a steak, you’re also getting the steak and two sides included. I got the fries and vegetables. The vegetables were very mad. The zucchini had something wrong and tasted weird, the steak was all right. It was a little cool I thought it be more hot. I don’t know if it was just sitting out and they took more time with a snail process, and he just didn’t bring it out fast enough. But the bartender was super nice. She makes really good drinks I had this margarita that was amazing and honestly the lighting over there. It’s really nice it’s a pretty nice establishment. I will go back, especially just because of the prices and the meals are decent enough like that.

Went in on a Tuesday night and after waiting 25 minutes I immediately placed my order. 40 minutes later my blooming onion arrived soggy and dripping oil. That was 40 minutes of waiting for an appetizer, on a tuesday night.

I was at the restaurant at the Gateway Mall yesterday and I was being served by a wonderful server named Giselle – Gigi for short. She greeted me with a beautiful smile. She made me feel right at home. She was very courteous, very professional. She exudes a very positive aura and spirit about her. She made sure that I was enjoying the food. I had a very pleasant experience with Gigi. When I return to Outback in Gateway Mall, I don’t want to be served by nobody else but Gigi. Outback Steakhouse – whatever you are paying her, you should be tripling her pay. Believe me – Gigi is worth every dollar and every penny.

I find it extremely upsetting the way the staff treats you at this location they hang up the phone when all you want to do is make sure everything is included in a 75.00 to go order. Then when you ask to speak to supervisor their not available. For someone who has patronize Outback steakhouse for so long I feel like I don’t wanna eat there now anymore. Professional and Good staff are vital to a business but it the difference between people returning or completely writing you off. P.s I’ve dined in here and ordered to go as well as third party delivery.
