Great restaurant, food was very well prepared, waitor was prompt and polite. There was an odd ’employee’ (i believe) who was dressed in green leopard athletic leggings, an active-wear tank and sneakers. so weird, not appropriate in my opinion (i’ve been in retail for over 10 yesrs). Also, the bathroom was disgusting: smelled like sewage, water damage on the ceiling, dust build up everywhere, a light out, missing tiles, clogged toilets….ewww)

First off I do like outbacks food very much. This review is for their blackberry sangria pitcher. 15 bucks for a pitcher of ice that gives you 2 glasses at most. Mine had no fruit in it as well. Totally different than the Washington location which is loaded with real blackberries.

Advance seating had my group in just minutes of our arrival. The hostess and staff seemed to bend over backwards to pleas our ever wish. The food was served hot and delicious. The atmosphere was just what an Aussie would want. Thanks for your great service.

Had a great dinner here with my girl. The server, Mike, was exceptional. I made a point to find the manager and compliment on the wonderful time we both had and the food which we enjoyed along with the great job Mike did as our waiter. People often complain and I believe that if warranted, one should also praise a job welll done.

We went in and the place was pretty dead. The girl who brought the food had another tables mixed with ours so only one of the meals was correct. A gentleman at the other table yelled over that one of the dishes was his when in fact it was mine. She took his word for it so then we had to wait for it to be straightened out and myself and my significant other could eat together. I wouldn’t of even went here but I had a gift card. I don’t feel Outback is that great, the food is usually just blah and really on this occasion it was as well.

We sat down at 6.30pm. Our food showed up 1 hr later. They even told us it wasn’t as busy as normal when we sat down. After asking our waitress where our food was, she reassured us it was on its way. When it arrived my food was barely warm. I would not eat here again in. The manager had a unsincerly sympathetic manner. They made it seem like it was the kitchen back up, but we saw meal after meal arrive around us.

Great steak chain restaurants. Lots of good options here, good cuts of steak. Good for families and just minutes from South Hills Village. I have gotten a couple different menu items and they have all been great, food so good there’s nothing left to take home. Expensive, but honestly pretty worth it.

The food and service were great. The only issue I have is with the cocktails. They are heavy on the sugar and light on the booze. For 5-7 bucks I want a little kick. And less fruity pop syrup.

Fantastic! Had some issues with this particular Outback. Once got a steak so tough that the knife they provide wouldn’t cut the meat. I informed my waiter and his response was, do I have a dog. Suggesting I take it home for my dog to eat, ok. Problem was he didn’t offer something in return for myself. I usually let those things go and never return to the establishment, but….. A man greeted us on our way out and asked how was everything. I would of just said fine and left, my family though brought it to his attention. He immediately returned all of our money for the entire dinner and gave us some vouchers. I said because of your generosity I will come back. Found out he was the owner which showed me how much he cared. Upon our return we found the food to be pretty good after that, again but…. we have not been there for some time, maybe close to a year. Well what ever change they made since then, they hit it out the park. Me and the wife both had the 22oz ribeye and it had to be one of the best steaks I ever had. Wish I would have remembered our servers name as he was super professional at his job. Looking forward to go back really soon. This was the Upper St.Claire OUTBACK, great job to the owner and all the staff.
