Food undercooked. Waiter, B*****n, didn’t seem interested in serving his customers. Staff was too busy spending time with each other. Our drinks took forever to be delivered. Other staff served our meals. The bartender was awesome. Made a really good margaritas! Vegetables were delivered at a different time than the main meal. The appetizer, deep fried mushrooms were very good. Don’t know if my family and I would return.

Food was cold and had obviously been sitting waiting for server. Fried shrimp was extra greasy. I ordered a baked potato which never came so when i inquired about its absence is when i was informed they ran out of potatoes instead of being told when my food was served so the replacementcame after we almost finished our meal. Heard several people around me complain about cold food. Also heard one person paid for a $26 order with two $20 gift cards and they tried to say she wasnt due change. The server actually got rude about it and dismissed her to the manager. The server was non attentive and I had to ask for refills twice. Served us out of Styrofoam cups because dishes were dirty. I understand being busy but that was one of the worse dining experiences I’ve ever had

We dinned at the dinner hour expecting a normal experience for an outback visit. We were met by our server, Jenell who was a delightful and attentive staff member. Our food was beyond our expectations. We meet the manager Nicole who was very kind and supportive of her staff. She obviously holds higher standards than we have experienced in years. We’ve been waiting for a chance to eat at Outback Steakhouse and today was the day! After traveling 615 miles we stopped for dinner. I had the Filet Sheila and was impressed with the flavors. Unusual for me to finish a whole meal but I did tonight. Alyssa was our server and did a fine job of making sure we had everything needed for a pleasant and delicious meal. Thank you Alyssa!!
