Eating at 4pm, no wait. Unfortunately the food is very underwhelming. The 8oz center cut sirloin came out undercooked and lacked any seasoning. Other than the grill sear, very bland. The blooming onion was requested extra crispy. It came out “doughy” in the middle. The broccoli was steamed perfectly and flavored well. The waitress did take our steak back promptly and brought it back with fresh broccoli. In town on business, probably won’t try again.

The wait was a little longer than quoted but it was no problem, the staff is so sweet and friendly and extremely helpful. Our server Laura was an absolute pleasure to have. She was prompt, polite, and funny! Always made sure our drinks were full, food was good, and that we were happy. It’s very refreshing to go out and get great service. As far as food goes, she recommended the lobster mac and it was AMAZING! Will definitely come back.

This was hands down the worst dining experience both my Wife and I have ever experienced at an Outback Steakhouse. We were there a total of 70 minutes…all those minutes at our table. 5 steaks cooked wildly incorrect, from rare to well done. Wife had the only decent steak and we all shared!! The response from a passing waitress was “oh this happens all the time here”, “we get steaks sent back all the time…we are struggling”

Had a great lunch today, the food was as expected but the service…..PHENOMENAL! We had Ann as a server and she was extremely attentive and friendly. By far THE best server we have had at ANY restaurant.

I’m very upset. I ordered takeout. By the time I got there my food was ready which I didn’t get there until after an hour. Which wasn’t the problem. I order 2 strawberry lemonades & it took 25 minutes for me to get them. For two drinks.. they told me it was only one bartender working but, 25 minutes for 2 nonalcoholic drinks is ridiculous. Also, I paid $17.99 for a salad that was very small. It was literally the size of Wendy’s salad. What a waste of money.

After waiting for an hour, for our to-go orders to be taken, my daughters and my grandson and I were then told that it was going to take 2 more hours for our orders to be taken. In disappointment as we were about to leave, this gentleman came from the kitchen area, my daughter noticed he had on a different uniform from the kitchen staff and she began to tell him how long we’ve been waiting for our to-go orders to be taken, as she were talking I asked the young man if he was the manager, he replied yes my name is Divine Ross. When my daughter finished telling him what was going on he immediately handled the situation. Mr. Ross was very kind apologetic and courteous, he speeded up the process that were supposed to have taken two more hours more it ended up taking only 30 more minutes. While waiting he was very curious by staying there to make sure we were attended to, he himself went in the kitchen and brought us very tasty bread and butter and something to drink, while engaging in polite and humorous! conversations.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon after the Redskins won #HTTR. The wait for a table was 45 minutes even though there was a plethora of open tables so we went to the bar. Had a fantastic bartender, Makenah who tended to us & was friendly & attentive. The food was sub par, unfortunately – salty & greasy fried mushrooms, couldn’t eat them & the prime rib, ordered med rare came out rare & had sat under the heat lamp to long. The kitchen might need a revamp but we’d come back & see your friendly bartender Makenah, she was awesome! 8/10
