We’ve been here many times. The last couple times were so very disappointing. We gave it one last chance : FAIL! Our waiter, Mikhail was awesome but other than that this place lacks in every way possible. We walked in and we’re told it would be a 15 minute wait by one hostess and maybe not by another. There were many empty tables which tells me they are understaffed.

Steak was very good, potato was warm, and broccoli could have been trimmed better for presentation; howe, it was nicely cooked. Service was substandard. My server never inquired about my food taste, and at one point she came to my table once in 40 minutes. The manager actually came by and picked up my charge card for me to pay my bill. It was not busy, so I’m unsure why there was so much of a delay.

Our waitress was great, manager was extremely nice, but the kitchen help needs a lot of training!! We ordered 3 different steaks, all to be medium. Two were overcooked slightly and the third came out, although beautifully seared, was rare! If they could get some quality cooks this could be a great place!

Usually I’m not one to write a review of a food establishment however my experience at this Outback was very poor. For our family of four it took over an hour to receive our food after we received drinks and one appetizer which we order as soon as we sat down. I would definitely understand for the long wait if it was a fully packed restaurant however there were barely any people. Everyone in my general vicinity just had bread on their table not a single entree on the table yet. Perhaps an acceptable reason would be if my whole family all ordered extravagant meals with plenty of add ons, but 3 out of 4 ordered salads. Two of our salad orders were messed up, and took another twenty minutes for the meals to be corrected. One person in the party ordered sirloin steak and it was absurdly over cooked and heavily over salted and peppered. We simplify asked for a new steak and that took another good twenty minutes. My family just wanted a simple dinner, while we were on our way back home from vacation. We spent over two hours in this establishment when in reality we should have only spent a fraction of that time there. I perfectly understand, it was not the waiters or managers fault however to have these many errors it’s ridiculous. Also a party in the booth behind us had the same exact experience, their steak was overcooked and they asked for it to be subtracted from their bill and left. My family will never be stopping here again when we are traveling.

Oh dear! Will not recommend this place at all. Our wait staff was a really nice young man and made us feel welcome BUT thats where it ended. The food was so over salted we were gasping for the rest of the night and in fact the broccoli was inedible it was so salty. The food took forever to come out so the young manageress on duty said she wouldn’t charge us for the entree – much appreciated and a good response by her to a bad situation but they need to work on the problem not lose money having to appease customers.

Me and my manager came in there tonight on January the 30th and ate. Our food was awesome and our server Eric is one of the best person to ever wait on us. The world needs more people like him. He went over and beyond. Good job well done so awesome.

Our party of 6 placed our dinner order at 6pm and was informed that our food was delivered to the wrong table. Not so, we were sure. Server re-entered order and it arrived about 45 min. later minus the baked potatoes which we were told were still in the oven. 2 Salmon entrees were uneatable. Manager seemed to be at a loss for excuses and only offered to relieve us of the dinner check when we advised her that we did not expect to have to pay for the food. Worst experience ever at Outback. We are locals that have patronized this establishment over the years. No plans of a return visit.

I’ve been a patron of this Outback since 2004. It’s been through a lot of managers and staff, obviously. I’ve had one of the best meals of my life here and I’ve had some somewhat unpleasant ones. It depends upon many factors like my mood and attitude, who we’re setting next to and, of course, the staff. At the end of the meal, the most important factor to me is food quality, if the restaurant can’t get that right, then it would take an exceptional dining experience to overcome that handicap. So my rating is based upon the average of meals I’ve eaten at this restaurant. On average, you will get good quality food and beverage. Staff will vary considerably as it changes almost constantly. And you have almost zero control over whom you sit next to, so I can’t factor that in. I ate there with my family last night and we had good food quality, an above average server but sat next to some loud and opinionated patrons, so a mixed bag. It must be very tough running a service-oriented business in America these days as your pool of potential employees are not very well prepared for a life of work coming out of highschool, IMHO. I recommend eating here, with caveats listed above.

It isn’t trendy or local, but they have the best steaks on the island. The ribs fall off the bone. The service is great and you can get a table because everyone eats at the local restaurants. The last 3 times I’ve eaten here I leave completely satisfied. This is a spectacular restaurant.

Slow service. Ordered a side salad that was never delivered. Server offered more bread and then never brought it. Upon arriving the hostess asked how many in our party. When we told her two she told us to just sit at a table in the bar area. There was plenty of other tables available. We were not given that as an option.
