This is the worst outback I’ve ever been to. It took 45 minutes to get a salad and the food came 5 minutes later. 3 out of 4 dishes were wrong and the 4th was terrible. The manager replaced 2 of them incorrectly. We eventually got the food to go and didn’t even eat because it was so bad. I’m not sure they could have messed up worse if they were trying.

WOW!!!! what a disappointment-tired after a long day went to the Outback with high expectations-after our order was placed we received our beverages and then waited 45 minutes and had to ASK for our only loaf of bread-we finally received my husbands bowl of tortilla soup which was more like a stew but at least it was hot-we were then told dinner was on hold while potatoes were baking-our server passed by the table multiple times without even acknowledging us-finally received our meals only to find my husbands steak must have sat while waiting for potatoes because it was cold-we didn’t even bother to send it back!!!!!! the manager stopped by the table and asked how things were going-when told “you don’t want to ask” she replied I’m not surprised the way things are going around here-$30 later as I was asking myself if we will ever go back to an Outback!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my husband was reviewing the disappointing event on his facebook account-VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh just to let you know we did still leave our waiter a 20% tip (don’t know why!!!!)

We have been coming here about once a month for 14 years. I always get the rack of Lamb. I love the cabernet sauce gravy that comes with it. They give you about 2 tablespoons in a tiny cup. I have always asked for extra because it’s awesome with their Aussie Fries! Well, tonight after we order, a manager who we’ve never seen before, Comes to our table and says “I hear you’re a fan of our Cab gravy” I said yes. He says, ” well we portion our sauce, you get one cup with your lamb and any extra is a dollar, is that OK?” I said, “well I guess it will have to be” They bring two extra TINY cups. All 3 poured into one cup was about an ounce or two. We get the bill and it’s an extra 3 dollars and listed as Bacon crumbles. What happened to the free one that was supposed to come with the meal? I ask about it and they said ” well we didn’t have a code for it.

Have eaten there a few times. Atmospere okay; nothing spectacular. Prices okay, but I got the filet Mignon a couple of times and the grade of meat is not what I’m used too; it had fat on it. For filet?
