Do not visit this location!!!!! The service here is horrible! A large party had a huge issue with their food and the quality of service as we were being seated. I should have taken this as a warning sign but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was surely mistaken. We ordered drinks, I ordered the blooming chicken with a salad and fries for my sides. My husband ordered the tawoomba salmon and we ordered chicken tenders and fries for our 2 kids. After waiting for a while our food eventually came to our table. I did not receive what I ordered by any means! I received a dry chicken breast with French fries, ranch and ketchup. I never received my salad at all. The waitress never came back to see how we were either. I had to get the attention of other employee to find my waitress. The manager came over to see what the problem was and I explained to him that I received the wrong dish and never received my salad. It was unfair and unfortunate that everyone had finished eating and I wasn’t even able to eat my food. In the meantime while this is taking place there were 2 separate parties seated behind us who walked out because the quality of service was so poor. I was issued an apology by the waitress and the manager, my meal was taken off the bill and we were issued a 10% discount off our bill. When speaking with the staff I was told that they sincerely apologize and they are extremely understaffed, which is why the service and food is of poor quality. If this were the case they should have closed for the evening or given customers the courtesy of letting them know about the staffing shortage. In comparison to the other locations that we have visited this is the worst bar none! This is very disappointing, I was looking forward to having a nice dinner with my family to celebrate the new year and I wasn’t able to have a semi decent dining experience. I will never visit this location again.

I usually eat Logan’s. But I ordered Out Back by mistake this was the best mistake ever. 10 Stars it was a pick up order, upon arrival food was still hot all condiments were in the bag. Neatly placed. (PRESENTATION IS IMPORTANT)

0 stars is what they deserve!!! ABSOLUTE terrible service!!! I have given this restaurant at least 5-6 chances to get it right and everytime, they fail. Tonight was the final time for me. Black owned is why I have repeatedly given it so many chances. I always support my people and give them opportunities to improve. It’s obvious, this place simply cannot and will not get it right until there is some new ownership or leadership put into place.
