I keep trying to like this place but consistently bad. Meat over and under cooked. Tonight the chicken was dry and tough. Apparently 2 sides consists of 7 french fries of varying size. Certianly not 15.00 worth of food. I know staffing is tough right now, willing to wait and be understanding…but a tiny bit of quality control for a 70.00 tab would be good.

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in such a long time. The waitress was pleasant and very prompt on everything she did for us I did not even have to ask for another drink she just brought it. It just seemed like every time the waitress came by our table she was always asking how is everything can I get you anything very pleasant and I enjoyed my stay and my meal. I will be in the near future paying another visit to enjoy another delicious meal. Thank you much for a very fulfilling dinner and I do look forward to going back

I did take out. I was frustrated that I could not order my food online. A message kept saying no online orders from 4pm to close. Other than that the staff was friendly and the food taste good. Had the blooming fried chicken. I would recommend it if you love the bloomin onion.

I was very impressed they were very busy and told us it would be at least a 25 minute wait or more. It ended up being less of a wait then anticipated. Our service was wonderful for has busy as they were. Our server Shelby was just awesome, she was very busy but she was very customer oriented. And Derek the front of the house manager stopped by our table to make sure everything was fine, that really impressed us. My only complaint is the ranch dressing did not taste like ranch dressing and was very spicy.

The call ahead list is extremely inaccurate. I put my name on the list for 7:00 (an hour and a half prior to that) and when I got there at 7:00 was told it would be a 45 minute wait and that the call ahead isn’t a reservation. I have a hard time believing that an hour and a half before 7:00 there was a 2.5 hour wait. The restaurant had about half of the tables empty and the ones that had people at them were small groups of 2-4 people. The bar was practically empty so we ended up just taking a seat there. The service wasn’t great at the bar. I had to ask multiple times for condiments and refills. The bar was maybe a quarter full. Overall an extremely disappointing Outback meal.
