Food was great! Fresh and prepared just as you request it. Dietary restrictions are treated really well by all staff here, using clean utensils to prepare it. Our server was definitely one of the kindest we ran into; she was patient, enthusiastic, worked hard and did everything she could to accommodate us. One teeny tiny downside; the restaurant is on the cold side, so dress warm.

Please don’t train the waitress/waiters to stand there and memorize an entire order without writing it down. Side dishes were wrong. We ordered a side of peppercorn sauce that never came. Our waitress never checked back and it was slow! We were there at 3:30 PM. We waited ten minutes for drinks and it was soda.

Very friendly and professional service. The waiter even had a sense of humor to give us a personal touch. The food portions are definitely plentiful, the hamburgers are stacked high and the blooming fried chicken breast was nothing short of amazing. And of course it would be a wasted trip if you didn’t have the blooming onions.

Is my son’s birthday we got a 18 Oz bone and ribeye that was nothing but fat and tendons how disappointing for him for his birthday he was so looking forward to it. The wedge salad was brown and tasted disgusting I’ve had wedge salads here before and the dressing was not this terrible. And lettuce was not brown that time. Totally disappointment when we mentioned it to the server she just said sorry left her check and walked away. My son got me before bites out of the steak that were decent now we have to go somewhere else and actually pay for dinner because he didn’t get enough. How sad. What a disappointment the server really needs to have more knowledge rather than she doesn’t know every time you ask her a question about anything

I LOVE outback, but the food was so sub par. The pasta was tasteless, I asked for garlic, they “didn’t have any” I almost always get a side of minced garlic there…. but it HAS been a while. The ribs not only were tough but the glaze was burnt. They definitly took care of the problems. That’s why I gave 4 stars. But it was sooooo bad. All of the food except desert even the bread and butter was weird! And it was my whole party not just me. Actually I didn’t complain. About mine was just disappointed but they took off the ribs and gave a desert disappointment when you look forward to a better than average meal. Is a bummer to say the least. I love them I’ll be back I’m reviewing for “corrective” measures! Also… don’t let my wate sit empty yo. You had 3 tables.
