My first impression was the atmosphere, the greetings, and the service. The food that we ordered was so good the size of the servings is just right for one person. The service is great they check/follow up with you on how their guest doing…two thumbs up for that! We will come here again for a different type of food. If you’re looking for the best steak this is the place to eat. I highly recommend Outback Steakhouse to my family and friends at this location in Sunset, Henderson. Of course, we enjoy our evening dinner

Steaks were cooked to perfection and seasoned well. The stemmed broccoli tasted great and the portions were more than adequate. Unfortunately, the lobster tail was extremely overcooked and heavily salted. Our server, Justin was phenomenal and did a great job. He truly understands the importance of good customer service. He was very professional and exhibited wonderful demeanor. He is a fine representative for the outback brand and someone that management and corporate should be very proud of.

We were celebrating two birthdays and had a great time! To our amazement, a couple sitting near by paid our bill. They left before we knew who had done that. The waiter wouldn’t say but we had an idea. Hope they overheard us tell the waiter to thank them profusely. He did tell them and after they left we asked if it was them. It was. Thank you to these wonderful people! We will pay it forward!

Great food! So much fun! Awesome staff! The appetizers didn’t disappoint, the drinks came regularly, the entrees were cooked to perfection, and the desserts were to die for! I do suggest calling ahead and making reservations for weekend dinners bc if we didn’t, we would have been stuck in the waiting area (inside or outside) for quite some time bc there were so many ppl coming in to eat.

As much as we enjoyed the food…which we did, this review is to rave about the incredible customer service we received. Everyone who works there was so pleasant, but I have to brag on Kelly and Michelle! They were so genuine, considerate, and had integrity. Our server made an honest mistake and didn’t hesitate to own it and take it off of our bill. She didn’t shift the blame or simply apologize, which would’ve been cool too. I feel like they went over and above to make sure we had a great experience, and that we did. You can tell everyone there really enjoys what they do, which made for a great overall atmosphere. I love coming to this outback. Especially because of the stellar service I receive from Bobbi Lee, the bartender and Matt, the manager. They both make me feel at home there and the food is always done well. It is a pleasure to go there and know I am not only going to get great food, I am going to be greeted by super people. On the pricier side but the food is very good quality and the service was amazing. We were seated right away and they took our order as soon as we were ready. The fresh bread and blooming onion are great appetizers. I ended up getting a Hamburger and it was one of the best I’ve had. High quality ingredients and great flavor.

Food was so good and staff was super friendly and so welcoming. Our server was also just as attentive. I usually get iffy about eating steak somewhere else especially since I only like the way I cook it, but I didn’t have to season at all. Everything was perfect as is and we didn’t have to wait forever for our food. Good location, hopefully all locations are like this.
