The service was pretty bad. It took at least 10 minutes for someone to even come to our table after we were seated. The server rarely came by, no one ever noticed when we were out of water, my sirloin steak was over cooked and tough. When I talked to the server about it he said it was because of the kind of steak it was. Not a typical response for a steakhouse. I did get a replacement steak and it was perfect. The lobster is more like a large shrimp. I would not have ordered it if I would have known it would be so small.

Me and my wife were traveling through, was hungry for a steak, have been at many Outback’s before, decided to stop here. Half the restaurant was empty, still took 45 minutes to be seated. Took another 45 minutes from when we sat down to when we got our food, the steak was delicious but my fries might as well have been cardboard. Not a good experience. However, the waiter was extremely nice.

We went with a party of 20 at 9pm on a Wednesday night. Three waiters helped us have the nicest time. Even though it was close to closing time, they were very patient with us, joked with us, and made us feel very welcome. Food was delicious, especially the coconut shrimp with the marmelade sauce. The Mac n cheese poppers were fantastic.

We had our rehearsal dinner here. Out of the 3 restaurants we asked if they could accommodate our group of 30 on a Friday they were the only ones who came through. The food was great the menu offered had great deserts included and our group was happy with the food. We had always gone to this location when in the mood for steak but after the great service and food with our group we continue to go and are never disappointed. Their customer service is definitely excellent.

I had potatoes and a broccoli as sides. They both were so salty my mouth was sore the next morning. We told the waiter we were in a hurry, our dog was in emergency at the vet. We had to call the vet and explain our food hadn’t arrived yet. Our table piled with dishes the waiter did ask in passing, how was our food.. he did fill coffee, and tea, once. My husband and son brought car around so we could leave quickly. It took another 5 to 10 minutes to pay the bill as he waved while delivering a drink to 1 table and wrote something down at another. A nice waiter asked if he could help. He brought a container to take home a piece of steak. While I continued to wait to pay the bill.

Were been going to Outback for our anniversary for the pass 14 years It been great every time. But tonight the food was mediocre potato was old and dry not hot enough seems like it’s been sitting in the warmer to long. I ordered the bone in ribeye one of the most expensive steak offer and it was dry an overcooked. Didn’t send it back I don’t like to waste food nor complaints about it. The other steak we ordered was actually pretty good, but the roasted garlic shrimp was cold. We do understand any restaurant could have an off night. Our server was wonderful VERY accommodating. Wish the food was better, on the upside she gave us a complimentary scoop of ice cream for our anniversary. Which we thought was very kind. It been a tradition for ours to go to outback specially for our anniversary. And we will still go there next year for our 29th anniversary.

Ordered the salmon, was very dry, came with two tiny slivers of lemon. Sweet potato was small but delicious, the veggies were drowned in butter. Service was adequate, had to bring me my veggies as for some reason was left off my plate, odd as the salmon only comes with veggies. I had ordered the sweet potato as an extra side.

One star is being gracious. I couldn’t tell you how the food tasted because the service was so horrible we had to leave. My family and i arrived and took over 5 minutes for server to greet us. Had a question about the mwnu and it took another 5 minutes for her to come back. Then she said she would give us a minute to decide. I had to the the kiosk to call server. Another 5 minutes. Ordered our LUNCH and 30 minutes later still no food. Asked to talk to general manager but he was “busy” helping someone else. So my family and I left. We ended up driving to Oxnard Outback Steakhouse and having a good experience.
