A very small place with a big surprise! There are only 2 tables, but its Rome style pizza, called pinsa, is something you don’t get from most places and something you won’t forget about. I have heard the dough takes a few days of fermentation. It is crusty and fluffy at the same time, better for eating at the store. I love the buratta cheese on the pinsa, it is absolutely delicious. The store has some decent salad, and very nice homemade gelatos. BYOB is allowed.

Wasn’t feeling well so I wasn’t able to spend Thanksgiving with my family, so I had to order takeout. I couldn’t believe anyone was open, but this restaurant was! Not only did I enjoy a delicious salad and slices of pizza, but the restaurant team wrote sweet notes on my bag and send me some extra goodies. Really made my night. It’s amazing! The crunchiness of the dough makes all the difference. The flavors are amazing! The mozzarella and pistachio is on another level. The gelato is excellent! We tried passion fruit, and pistachio and both were exceptional. Definitively would recommended it and will be back.

If you are a pizza lover then you got to try their Pinsa and they have different styles and toppings. Once you taste it you’ll be hooked . Their home made ice cream is . Try it and you’ll see.
