When we entered, the host was pleasant. We sat immediately, and they brought out tap water(a no for me, but okay if that’s your thing), so I had the blueberry coffee with cream and raw cane sugar. There is no shortage of food on your plate

Perfect place to go get breakfast and sit outside by the river. The restaurant use to be a train station and is uniquely decorated to keep the nostalgic charm. Staff is kind and courteous. Not too long of a wait even on Mother’s Day. Food was delicious – we recommend the French Toast and Sausage, Bacon Avocado Benedict and the Chicken n’ Waffles (ask for extra syrup and salt, texture is good but flavor is a little bland).

The food was so amazing. I wish I had thought to grab a photo of my food before I ate every bite. I had the bacon Avocado Benedict on an English muffin. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The queso was the perfect heat. The potatoes were mouth-watering. My daughter had French toast, which was also very delicious. My son had the picture in the photo. All the meals (adult and children) were good portions and left us all satisfied. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!

Such a cute place!! I love the brick walls and decor. They have mismatched salt and pepper shakers on tables and random coffee cups. So fun!! There’s plenty of seating and a nice bar area. We came for breakfast and both enjoyed what we ordered. I love that they serve Scribbles coffee. I respect the partnering between two local businesses. We got morning tacos with mushrooms and chorizo and the classic breakfast. The tacos had a great flavor and were delicious. We have to come back and try the waffles and pancakes. They looked amazing! The back of the menu mentioned The Train-wreck Challenge. I would love to be there when someone attempts to eat all that food!! The restaurant is wheelchair accessible too.

I came for breakfast. There was a wait. I sat at the bar. I ordered the cake and eggs. I saw good reviews regarding the pancakes. What I received could have been on man vs food. I was presented a platter that could be used for a Thanksgiving turkey. It came with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. This was the largest pancake I have ever seen. It came with a standard sized plastic cup of syrup. The syrup was not enough for the pancakes, so not a great experience. They should have put a warning regarding the size of the pancake. So many good reviews but I don’t know if I could do that again.

I loved every minute of my time here today. The food was perfectly cooked, seasoned, and plated, the drinks were everything I wanted, and the atmosphere was divine. I cannot wait to come back!

First dining here during the Kent Magical fest, so inside was a little chaotic in the waiting area and was a little packed with decorations with little room to stand in. Made a reservation for 6 people, several days in advance and still had to wait a few minutes for a table to clear up. Staff were very helpful and apologetic. There were several magical themed dishes but were unfortunately started to sell out very quickly. Both the specialty dishes and the regular breakfast menu were delicious and felt very handmade. A specialty pancake was extremely large that could easily fit on three plates. However, the drinks were not consistent, even though the same drink was ordered twice. This may be due to the overly crowdedness for the towns events.

It’s nice place to have a laid back brunch. Its location in Kent’s Historic Train Station. The train depot closed in 1970. the Pufferbelly restaurant opened on first floor in 1981 and closed in 2017.

Service was fine, but the food was bland. My Turkey Biscuits and Gravy had gravy that looked like it had been sitting, not fresh. Restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere.

Bright and spacious restaurant. Chicken and waffles(with bacon inside), breakfast charcuterie board and pancake flight were all delicious. Definitely will visit again.
