Enjoyed the food and loved the market it’s in. The salad was ok, a little heavy on the romaine hearts which washed out most of the flavor, I would have liked to see more spinach or dark leaves in there but I’m glad they use all the lettuce and don’t waste as much but there were not enough toppings to make it feel like a meal salad. The pork was slightly drier than I prefer, but was good with the sauce they offered. The sauces are both on the sweet side, we liked the house one better. Next time we’ll try to loaded nachos or just the meat to get more of a BBQ experience.

I was craving brisket nachos because I’d had some from a food truck awhile back that were delicious. This food place is located inside a Food Hall with other food places. We ordered the brisket nachos (without olives because I’m not a fan) with a side of baked beans. We also ordered a mac and cheese kids meal with a side of cornbread for our son. We really liked everything! My husband and I split the nachos, but I might have been able to eat them myself, honestly haha! The brisket was delicious. The jalapeños are fresh, not from a jar, so a bigger kick! The mac and cheese was super creamy. The cornbread was yummy, but had a little bit of a floury taste. Still good though! The baked beans were what surprised me the most. I didn’t think they’d be as good as they were! They had amazing flavor! We will definitely be back!

I live in Wyoming and saw this place on an Instagram video. My wife and I checked it out and fell in love. I got the brisket loaded nachos and let me tell you they are awesome. I had to have help finishing my nachos. We also sampled all the meats that they have and everything is great. The price for the helping is amazing. If you walk away hungry, you must not have eaten here.

Absolutely the best BBQ in the valley. Brisket was done perfectly with just the right amount of bark on it to give it a toothsome texture without being tough. The dry rub mixed into the pulled pork had just the right amount of sweetness to compliment the natural sweetness of the meat. Awesome sausage with a great coarse ground texture.

WOW!!! First time ordering here yesterday. I placed a online order for some Nachos with pork. I was 15 minutes late because I had a hard time getting there because of traffic and construction BUT First impression love where they are located. I LOVE the idea of several restaurants in one building! I did not get his name but he knew I was there for puck up as I was walking up. Very professional very friendly! Although I was 15 minutes late my food was FABULOUS!!! LOVE THIS PLACE LOVE it so much I am ordering a different item from menu today. Yumm.

The new kid in town for great BBQ! I went for Burnt-ends Wednesdays, but unfortunately they no longer do that due to the cost, but I was not disappointed. I had the 2 meat plate with brisket and ribs. Both done to perfection. The brisket had the right amount of smoke and was very tasty and the ribs were great texture and taste. Not fall of the bone, so not over done. But didn’t have to work hard either. Lots of meat with both servings. You end up with essentially 3 sides by the time you order your 1side, they include coleslaw and a biscuit. I’ll definitely be back and will be bringing friends.

So you’re aware, this is part of a food court. It appears as though they have the bbq cooked elsewhere, packaged up and then brought to the location. Our pulled pork and pulled chicken were in formed balls. The fries were fairly soggy. With the exception of the Mac n cheese that we had to wait extra time on, the other food was not hot, barely warm. I’m really surprised that this place has 4.6 stars. I love BBQ, cook it myself and eat at other places, and this was subpar for sure.

Colby and Destiny make some mad BBQ my friends. Got a 3 meat platter because, honestly, how do you choose?! Brisket, pulled pork and chicken were each distinct and delicious. Ribs were all gone on a Monday … What does that tell you? And two choices of sauce (go for the house!!!) Sides were additive, corn bread muffin had great flavor but a little coarse (the way my wife likes it), fries are fresh cut. We’re coming back, but maybe I won’t tell you when so I can have some ribs next time.
