From the moment we arrived, Karina, our server, promptly seated us and took our order. The food arrived quickly and was served warm. I ordered chilaquiles, and the aroma of the various ingredients on my plate was delightful. With the first bite, I was transported back to memories of my mom’s cooking. I was so impressed that I had to personally express my gratitude to the chef. The quality of the food was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend trying their delicious dishes. The experience was beyond my expectations.

Got chicken fried steak and eggs and I thought it was phenomenal. Very crispy, lots of flavor. I added the hot sauce myself. Service was just fine. I’d say I give it a 4.5 because it’s a bit pricey, but it is also in the Statler Hotel so that is expected.

This place is really nice. We had minimal wait time on a Saturday at brunch time. The food was really good! The coffee was delicious as well.

First time here, and ordered the chilaquiles and it was Bussin!! Perfect combinations of flavors and textures. I highly recommend, if you are ever in the area. FYI you do need a reservation if you want a booth.

This place usually never disappoints on it’s breakfast and brunch options. Also the food is flavorful and they offer different varieties for everyone. It is attached/inside a hotel so it is a decent amount of traffic inside. The service was just ok the last couple times I’ve went, however the food is so good I ignore it.

Nice food and service with a casual atmosphere. I enjoyed their mushroom omelets with a healthy dose of hot sauce and pepper. Parking is a mess downtown, but places like this make the trek worthwhile.

Amazing breakfast food. I ordered the Texas State Ranchhand and it was probably the best thing I’ve had for breakfast. The brisket was perfectly cooked! Highly recommended if you’re super hungry

They gave us burnt food, and it wasn’t worth the prices at all. We had to send the food back because it was burnt, in the end the customer service was awful. We asked to speak to the general manager and the current manager that was there came back with two security officers. We were not being loud or anything or confrontational we just wanted to understanding concerning some things and services that was provided. In the midst of the security officer the manager stated that we were trying to fight her and I quote trying to fight her. When all of the Chicago was over that the manager was making I asked another manager if I can have the phone number to corporate or to the general manager or anyone who can help us he refused to provide any information. When we left out of the restaurant the security men were speaking with us and they apologize for the encounter. They stated that they knew that specific manager was in the store at that day because she is trouble to deal with. In the security officers also apologize because we were not confrontational at all and they were absurd as well to see the way we were being treated. I feel like this was a racial thing that happened. Who in there right mind goes and gets security because we ask to speak with a manager I felt like we were discriminated highly against at this restaurant I will not recommend anyone to go here.

We had breakfast in Overeasy while we were visitng Dallas. We didn’t rent a car so we decided to give Overeasy a try since it was where we were staying. Hostess seemed very uninterested for some reason. Service was pretty fast and good. Their coffee was alright for both me and my husband. I ordered chicken tenders biscuit and gravy. Chicken was over cooked and burned, it tasted bitter. Biscuits were soaked in fat, you can tell from the pictures. I couldn’t eat anything for more than a bite or 2. Gravy was good but I wasn’t going to eat gravy alone. Breakfast potatoes were bad. They looked and tasted stale. Pancakes were ok.

Nice breakfast spot on the bottom of hotel. Has a separate coffee cashier that you can pickup coffee Togo at. Place was busy but had a 15-20 min wait for party of three. Service was good. Coffee was good. Had mimosas with breakfast. Service was good. We stayed nearby so was quick scoot to the breakfast spot. Worth visiting.
