Best food we have had while on vacation by far. We all loved each entree and appetizer. Steven J was our waiter, he was very friendly and made our experience beyond enjoyable. He knew the menu to a T. I chose to do the bartender’s choice for drink, and they made the best drink I have ever had at a restaurant with me only telling them 2 types of liquor I didn’t like. They managed to give me a unique choice I have never had and absolutely loved. Had enough leftovers for the next day, and it was still delicious. The view from the outside patio was absolutely gorgeous. No doubt recommend! You are missing out if you don’t go by here.

The food was decent. I maybe was expecting more since it’s next to a nicer hotel and on the water. I felt like the salmon was a little saltier than I’m used to, but that might have been the glaze, I’m not sure. It’s a beautiful spot to watch the water while you’re eating. The flies are coming for your food though, so beware.

Place to be seen. The food however was pathetic. I order swordfish and literally was a 1/3″ cut laid on a bed of grits. Wife got burger and asked for medium, came raw. Atmosphere good and staff good.

We went for date night. We eat dinner early , getting a reservation was quite easy the service was great and the food even better. The portions were fine I just wanted more . The water front view is nice to watch the boats float by.

Bad behavior was rewarded here tonight on the 4th of July. Ally was great and did nothing wrong. It was super hot out and they decided to zig zag the tables so the shades could not go down. Some psycho woman sat down and screamed and cried about the heat. We had asked to be moved inside and the answer was no. After the hostess put the shade down on my head after I told her twice “no it will be right over my head and I will not be comfortable”, they moved the crazy lady inside. When my burger came, it had no salt but I had lost my appetite anyways because I was just treated badly!!! The manager Caitlin came out and apologized. Unfortunately, not many concessions were made other than comping my flavorless burger that I sent back after 1 bite. As I write this review, there has been a table open inside the whole time. Truthfully, we are 2 feet away from the psycho lady’s table so I’m glad she’s gone. Instead of rewarding her, they should have asked her to quiet down or leave.

There was a 1 1/2 hr wait for a table w/out a reservation, but we were lucky to get 5 seats together at the bar. Service was very good and meals too. Most had raw oysters, and all did a variation of meals from grilled swordfish to tuna pokey bowl, although the Cioppino was not a traditional style.

Great food and music. Second post end of October 22 glad to see Oxbow is open and up and running. Had brunch there today wonderful staff drinks food. For Meyer strong. Support your local bartenders waitresses cooks and establishments. Back again Feb 2023 great food drinks service. Love this place.
