Oy, Oysters! is an Oyster Bar located in Blossom Market Hall in the City of San Gabriel. Our focus is serving fresh shucked oysters served on half shell with custom made sauces. Any given day we have 4 different oysters to choose from. From the East coast of Canada in the Atlantic to the best coast the West Coast up from the Pacific NorthWest to down South in Baja California, Mexico.

I would definitely not recommend their oyster. I bought a dozen and it costs me approx 3 per each. The oysters were very small and there are shells in all of them. Great atmosphere and service in this market place though.

I enjoyed my Oy Oysters experience! I tried 2 of each of their 3 options that day. The oysters were very fresh and had just been flown down from Washington. They were on the salty side (because Washington oysters are saltier) which made the sauces make sense. The sauces are sweet if you try by themselves. I found they balance out the saltiness nicely. One had red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar and there was one more in forgetting… the person working was nicely and friendly and super informative. Great way to feel like you’re traveling right here at home.
