The dining experience was disappointing. Both the sandwich and fries were served cold and overly salty, and unfortunately, we had to wait for an extended period without any assistance from the waitress. It was a frustrating hour to receive such unsatisfactory food. I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

Great food, reasonably priced. I was hoping for very inexpensive because it’s an attraction for the casino. But still reasonable. Great service. Manager visited our table a couple of times. For the price and with full tip paid I didn’t expect to need to pay the tab myself at the cashier. The waitress at Denny’s does that for us. Decor very dated. Must walk through the casino to get there of course. Casino smells of mildew and cigarettes.

Always a great experience…servers great, oyster size was really lacking this time, they were smaller than clams. Dont know if that was a seasonal thing or malnutrition batch?

It’s a cute restaurant but the food is not great and the prices are high. It’s called an oyster bar and they have tiny oysters and only gave horseradish snd cocktail sausce to garnish. Oyster shooter was served to us in a cup that they use for cocktail sauce, and I’m pretty sure my oyster in the shot was from a jar (and it tasted better and was bigger than the oysters provided). The bisque was ok but the fried fish seemed like it came out of a box.

Our most recent time here with the family suck! We must have caught them on a shift change. Cause the server that we had in the begin was a lot nicer than the one that we got introduced to. Bertha never came back to take the rest of our order. “When we called her over she said what do you guys want” came off a bit rude. I would say portion size is small. Food taste good, better than service.

Food was delicious I want to make that very clear! However my fiance found a large piece of plastic in her mussels and the waiter said that it would be comped now mind you we didn’t make a big fuss over this and she gladly still ate the food. The waiter was extremely kind about the whole ordeal but the manager was obviously miffed about my fiance still eating them after they didn’t offer to replace the meal. They did however give us a free desert and we were glad for that. The manager however made us feel like fools due to her lack of empathy and snarkiness.

My wife and I came here with high expectations, she order the lobster ravioli and it was excellent!! Portions were small! Myself I order the seafood extravaganza and ended up with food poisoning 3 hours later and was sicker than a dog!!

Truly disappointed. This is my favorite place to eat when we come to Reno! The pan roast was thin and light in color. The soup is normally dark in orange color and thick. The juice wouldn’t even stay on the bread. I got the mussels and the soup tasted like seafood juice with no flavor. Thank my lucky points, I don’t have to pay full price for this meal.

Very bad experience, we had a lunch reservation for 11am. So we were the 3rd table seated, it wasnt busy. We ordered Soup, Calamari, fries, and a crab feast platter(steamed). 20 minutes later our fries and calamari came out. The waitress then told us they are not serving the soup they already let us ordered, so we dropped it off our order. Fries were not great, the calamari was good. Our platter came out after an hour, noon, our fries and calamari were long finished. Our platter of crab was completely cold, it was not streamed. So we sent it back to be properly streamed. At 1215 we are served the crab pictured below. It was completely over cooked and chewy. This was the worst crab we have ever had. The service was very poor also the waitress seemed to be short with us every time she came by. Very sad experience, I wish it would of been good. I will never go back to eat here.
