Everything was so fresh and delicious! However you like your oysters prepared, they’ll probably have it on the menu. Staff was really friendly. You just need to be a little patient as there was only one chef and one server; with a full restaurant, it took some time to get your food. But since it’s BYOB, enjoy your beverage and company!

Awsome awesome! The Hamachi carpaccio and the Butter Clam was our favourite! Every oyster we got was plump and delicious. Make sure to make resos – they fill up fast, and for good reason!

Absolutely incredible seafood, best I’ve ever eaten! Came here with my dad (02/17/23) to celebrate our final night of our US trip and it was definitely a big highlight. We had the chef’s choice oysters, hamachi carpaccio, ahi poke, miso butter salmon and assorted seafood and they were all delicious and unique! If I’m back in Honolulu some day, I will be eating here again no doubt.

Fresh oyster and sushi. Price is reasonable. Chef is Japanese. Chirashi bowl is served like poke don. Went on a weekday for dinner it was not busy but I called ahead for reservation. Parking is street parking only. It is located on a second level. Outdoor patio sitting is available too.

Had such a great time here, I had to make sure they were on maps app that others can find them! My husband and I had a few different options like the dynamite, house shooters and oysters of the day. Loved how the sauces enhanced the fresh oysters and the novelty of the shooters. One of the chefs was very friendly and offered his assistance for any questions we had or to make recommendations. The music was a little loud but the atmosphere was nice and well decorated. Would love to come back the next time we’re back!

Delicious! The oysters were fabulous. I had never had them with uni before and it took them to a new level. We worked from left to right on the deluxe sashimi plate and wanted to get a full plate of each one we tried – it was that good! The salmon was perfect. I was already full from the deluxe plate but had to finish the whole thing for the sheer pleasure of it. We are only here a couple more days and I’m begging my boyfriend to let us go back instead of exploring other new places. In fact, we chatted with a local gentleman who was raised in Japan and he said that it was so good that he’s come here nine times in the past month since they opened. And of course, the staff is very friendly and attentive. I recommend sitting at the bar – it’s nice to talk to the chef, and he clearly takes great pride in his work. 10/10 would come here again.

We shared many dishes, and they were all delicious. It’s a small space and BYOB.

Super authentic. Probably what you would find in Japan from the chef to the quaint small cozy ambiance. Sitting at the “bar” you can watch the apprentice learn and hone his craft from the head master. Food was excellent and fresh. Serving was adequate and filling. The blend of flavors and craftsmanship is exquisite. Highly recommended.

This is the pearl to the oyster. The seafood gem to Waikiki. Reluctantly leaving a review because I want a place like this to stay undiscovered, but simultaneously I want it to succeed. It’s an absolute treat. Brought my own sparkling wine to a feast of expertly prepared foods and flavors. Can’t wait to return.
