What a GREAT, welcoming place! We stopped in for a quick lunch on a road trip. The waitress was SO friendly & pleasant. We had a bacon burger, happy bird & delicious, handcut fries! It was all so fresh & perfectly cooked. We would definitely stop again & recommend the Ozark Burger Co.!

It was really fast and good service and the burger was great! I asked if I could just get a burger and no fries but she said it comes with fries and it would be the same cost without the fries so I went ahead and got them. They were a little too greasy for me though. All and all it was a good place to grab a burger.

Real good burgers and fries to match. Big bonus for the fresh cut fries cooked to perfection. Wish I had room for their fresh pies. Our server was a real hoot too. The place is very clean

Decided to go here on lunch break with a friend. Waited forever to be serviced, finally got our drinks, and it took forever for the waitress to bring us straws and take our orders, despite knowing what we wanted rather quickly. I was excited to try their food, as I’ve heard it’s good. After about 40 minutes, watching people that came in about 20 minutes after us get our food, we decided to go up front for to go boxes so we could eat at our desks and not be late back to work. While walking back up, the waitress informed us our food was almost done. We waited about 10 minutes for our food to come out, only to discover that it wasn’t even our order. I took it back in and got a refund, thankfully, but I left super hangry (which you don’t want to get in between me and my food). I wasted my entire lunch waiting for food that would never come. Not a great first impression. I will not be back.

The Burger was delicious, I had jalapenos and cheese with fries my son had pepper jack with bbq sauce on his. Great flavor, fresh. The lady that took care of us was very nice. We enjoyed our lunch and will be going there again. Thanks.

we passed thru on a sunday and had a very delicious burger and fries with the nicest waitress. we also had the fried pickles which was a generous portion and she told me it was there homemade ranch which was also very good. would definitely return if I’m back in the area

We very much enjoyed the lunch we had here. The hamburgers are huge and we could only eat half of it. The fries were also good even though the string type fries are not my favorite. The wait staff were friendly and fast. Our waitress was “Beck”, which I’m fairly certain is short for Rebecca. They are open for lunch and dinner and serve hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and a small menu for those weight conscious folks. We’ll visit again.

Stopped in with a friend during the lunch hour for the first time. There wasn’t many people there so I expected it to take between 30-45 minutes to be in and out, still leaving enough travel time so we wouldn’t have to rush. After waiting for 40 minutes and seeing very few other people’s orders come out, we went to the front and the waitress was walking by and said our food was coming right out, so we asked for it to be put in to go boxes so we could just eat it on the go and not be late back to work. Another 5-10 minutes later they finally bring it up to the front, we pay and go to leave. (It’s already 1:00 by this time, so we’re already late) but we were going to divide up the fried pickles we ordered as an appetizer and they still weren’t there, neither were the actual items we ordered. Instead of the Ozark burger and Angry bird we ordered, it was some type of melt and a BLT looking thing. We did receive a refund but are still going to have to work the rest of the day hungry, and were late back from lunch anyways. I would have loved to try their food but the lack of service suggests I won’t be wasting another lunch break.

Food was really good. Wanted to grab a bite and be in a place we could hear each other to have a conversation. Good atmosphere, waitress was super friendly. It was just a nice place. If I’m up that way again I’ll definitely stop in.

Terrible service, waited a hour for our food. Wasnt even offer a refill. 3 burger, fries that was so gressy and cold noone eat and 3 drink over $63 We aren’t picky people but never again.
