I drive a semi and got a chance to try out this local BBQ joint. The pulled pork sandwich was fantastic and the cole slaw on top added a nice crunch to it. The Mac and cheese was fantastic and the service was…. FANTASTIC! This was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in quite some time. I do have one complaint though, I wish I would have gotten the family meal for myself. But that one is on me.

Used to be a go to place but, After last trip I was charged an extra $2 just to get both hot and mild bbq sauce. They were small containers of sauce to boot. There used to not be any charge. The Food was still good. It was more expensive this trip compare to 6-8 months ago too.

Absolutely incredible bbq! The owners were as nice as the food was good! Thank you for the first time treatment. The pork steak was perfect and the pork nacho/Frito pie was so good! Potato salad was on point! Thank you for the great conversation and excellent food.

Very quick and friendly service on a Saturday night. The potato salad and baked beans were some of the best I’ve had! Got the “hot” barbecue sauce and it wasn’t too spicy at all, just perfect.

Really friendly folks. Small operation and I hope they grow. They are limited to pork for now due to beef prices, but the pork was excellent. Can’t wait to try the beef sandwich once it is back. Also, get the BBQ beans with pork!

Sooo..we are new to Mountain Home;. Been a little over two months and been trying to find the best possible restaurants in the area. Today was the search for a great BBQ joint and let me tell you;. This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Dallas (the owner) has got a lock on it. (First place we tried). We pull up to a little food shack in the TJ Maxx parking area. It’s pretty unique. We walk up to the window and ring the bell. The window slides open and we are greeted with a contagious smile from the owner, Dallas. We looked it over and went with the 1/2 rack of ribs meal. How was it? OMG!! Spectacular! They were tender..they slid off the bone and were delicious in their own right but the bbq sauces we tried both accented the meat and made my mouth do a tango! When I say these were the absolute best ribs I have ever had; That’s what they were! Nothing compares to it. Not even close! Wait..The potato salad, no joke, was the creamiest and most robust flavor of potato salad I have EVER HAD! Make sure to dip them in the hot sauce too. You won’t regret it! Yes..there’s more! The Cole slaw was fresh, cold and crunchy and not drenched with mayonnaise to overwhelm it. This accented the heat of the meat in between bites and I am not even done yet! Dallas brought us out a complimentary cup of her baked beans. We didn’t pick this as one of our sides so we would have potentially have missed out on one the highlights. The baked beans were cooked perfectly with the kick of her bbq spices and tender pork strands and chunks mixed into it..mmmm..mmmm.mmmmm! Oh! I also ordered a cup of her homemade lemonade which was incredible! Not too sweet either. The total meal cost $17 and for what we got; I would’ve expected to pay upwards of $30-$40! Who does this? Who makes food like this..this good any more? Dallas does! I probably shouldn’t even be writing this because I know people are going to eventually flood this place and I will have to wait longer to get my food but at this risk; She absolutely deserves to succeed. She will have a customer for as long as we are here. Thank you for not being a “run of the mill” joint! We will be back again and again and again! BTW; I didn’t take any pictures because I was more focused on eating it all. Go see the food for yourself. You will be impressed..

Just saw it when we were in shopping center and decided to try. So glad we did. Good portions and excellent food. We had a pulled pork sandwich and 3 rib plate with good beans and real good slaw. Both a little sweet in them like we make at home. Excellent. Would be a regular if we lived here. My husband is crazy about bbq sandwiches and he said this was a 10 of 10.
