First visit back since the renovation. The service to day was on point. We were well taken care of. Our waitress wad attentive and took great care of us. We had an appetizer, lunch and dessert. It was a pleasant experience all around. The food was flavorful and did not disappoint. We had both the cheesecake and the bread pudding for dessert. Wow that cheesecake has to be one of the best I have had in a while. The bread pudding was good but I like the cheesecake the best. All in all a great experience. I will be back.

I am going to give them a four-star even though I did not like the food I had. My daughter and I both got the same item, the short ribs. I could not eat more than three bits I just did not like it at all, however my daughter loved hers, so it was just me. I chose an item that just wasn’t for me. The pork rinds they served were very good. Our waitress was excellent, when she saw I was not eating my food she asked why, and she immediately said she would get me something else at no charge. Her effort and the fact that the place was very clean and everything else went right tells me they are a solid restaurant. I would go back again but this time try the chicken salad, my wife told me she likes that. Nice place and good effort to make you happy, counts for a lot with me.

The shrimp corn dogs and boudin was delicious. I had the pecan crusted trout and it was amazing. The rice pilaf was also delicious. Service was great and they allowed my kids to make their own cotton candy at the machine. My wife got the chicken and waffles, the waffle was nice and fluffy and the chicken was super crispy which she loved. The shrimp corn dogs was the best thing by far but it was all great. Def recommend.

I’m editing my review to 3 stars instead of 5. We had a party of 9 at 5:45pm on 12/18/20. Before we were even brought our checks, our waitress came to me and said “I don’t want to be rude, but there’s another party waiting on this table”. REALLY?!?! We don’t even have our checks yet and you’re “not trying to be rude”? Good food but y’all really need to get better people working in there!

Stumbled upon this little gem of a lunch area. Sat fast, got waited on quickly. Cracklins as the appetizer. So good! The chicken sandwich was delicious. And to end a great experience we got cotton candy. Loved it!!

Seated @ a table waited several mins. before our drink order was taken. Took a while to get those back & place our Appetizer & food order. Then, it also took another 30mins. for a Burger & Steak Salad. We actually spent 1 1/2 hrs. there. Service Sucks & they forget about you. NEVER COMING BACK!!
